After discussing what we were looking for he put us in the right location and after explaining to him the few important features we were looking for and that we would like to browse the showroom without assistance he gladly honored our request and let us know where he would be if we had any questions. As with any furniture selection color is important but we knew we would have to be open minded being we weren't looking to replace all our living room furnishings. Our existing recliners have served us well and although they operate 100% manually - prior to starting our search we knew there would likely be options available that may not have been available a decade ago. Timing is everything and since the Fourth of July holiday is approaching we knew it was likely that every retail furniture store worth shopping would be having their annual holiday sale and we found that to be the case here. After doing some due diligence we had identified what was important to us - definitely real leather, powered verse a manual operation in regards to the leg rest, the head rest and lumbar support any additional options we would deal with through discovery. This store has an impressive number of recliners on the floor in all types of materials with a plethora of options. After an hour of so of testing, reclining, adjusting almost everything short of taking a nap, we decided we needed to go thank Eric for his time get his business card and move on to explore other options. This is very nice store and the staff was extremely friendly and out going I'd definitely stop in again when furniture shopping in the future...

He provided for the three days that we were shopping around trying to figure out our bed. He was very patient with us and very helpful and made the process seems so seamlessly and not frustrating like normal. We definitely recommend mattress firm. We've been going there for the past 15 years and Joe was the best person we've ever worked with.

I was to have delivery 8-20-2026 and saw they had the wrong zip code and knew I had to correct this. I called and spoke with total of 3 people and yet here I sit today with no bed to be delivered because they went to an entirely different city and wouldn't deliver. Now they are suppose to deliver on 8-21-2026 yet I have no where to sleep in my house and have to check into a hotel to sleep. I live in a senior apartment building and to say that I'm extremely upset is beyond words. I got, I'm sorry but we have scheduled routes, from the dispatch. They want to give a $200 discount for the hotel I have to go to sleep in. This is extremely bad business. While errors can be made, I tried to get the company to fix it on 8-17, 8-18 and 8-19 and even 8-20 but not one person gave anything but excuses. The company should have honored their delivery even being 35 minutes away because it wasn't my error and I did everything humanly possible to get someone to correct it. Their text message that comes with delivery time frame says if it wrong contact the store. I did this and yet again here I am at 75 without a bed to sleep in. A picture of my empty space for bed. I saw a grand opening sign on US1 and it was a mattress store. Something told me to turn around and that is when I met the sales agent Crista!! She had great prices for name brand mattresses. I took home 3 sterns & foster mattresses and she gave me free pillows for each bed and I was able to purchase mattress covers and she gave me sheets. Me while I want some give, I don't want to feel like I am not sleeping on the floor. The last mattress we purchased was a sleep number bed. We had it for 6-7 years and frankly neither of us liked it. My wife said she felt like she was sleeping ona cheap air mattress. After trying out a lot of mattresses we decided to go here. Lots of selection and really great prices. No gimmicks and the return and replace policy seemed realistic and honest. We finally decided on the latex foam, split king mattress. After a few weeks I loved my side (and still do) but my wife wanted something softer. We returned to the store and decided to purchase the Serenity mattress for her. She is very pleased. Two different mattresses side by side but no difference in appearance. One side is not any higher than the other. So yes we got a perfect fit for us! By the way, while at the store we decided not to do the exchange but instead moved her latex foam mattress into our guest bed room. We could easily do that with the price differentials we were seeing from other stores.

I was told that the material used for the Murphy bed's were a "high composite industrial compressed wood". That's a lie it's particle board that you find in Walmart furniture. With an investment of $5000, you would think I would at least have soft close drawers and cabinets. Not the case at all, the drawers fall off the railings, and when I called as I was told I could.
