The man I spoke to told me there was nothing they would do to make it right. I told him we will let the court decide that. The next day a woman called me and told me she was the owner and that she was sending me the firm mattress. Now another week has gone by and the firm mattress has not shown up. I called again to see where this all stood but they have not called me back. So I guess if I want a firm mattress I should have gone to Mattress Firm

Never had an issue until my this last mattress. When I took it back to them the manager did not want to fix it for me so he said I was just out of luck . But I decided to reach out and to management again and I old manager was no longer there and Chelsea was unaware of the problem I had and she jumped right in and took care of the problem by reply to me and she did a fantastic job wi speaking to the owner of Fox Mattress and because the had pictures of the issue with the bad mattress. As with any furniture selection color is important but we knew we would have to be open minded being we weren't looking to replace all our living room furnishings. After doing some due diligence we had identified what was important to us - definitely real leather, powered verse a manual operation in regards to the leg rest, the head rest and lumbar support any additional options we would deal with through discovery. This store has an impressive number of recliners on the floor in all types of materials with a plethora of options.
