Mattress by Appointment and Judy are unrivaled. From the very first point of contact with Judy, she made me feel valued as a consumer. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze and she worked around my busy work day. I set up an appointment to visit her store, she was on time, her store was clean and Judy was very welcoming. I was shown around her show room and explained the different bedding options. Judy was very knowledgeable about her product and what would work best for my fiancé and I. Then to top it off, she went above and beyond to make my choice of bed work for my budget. If/when I'm in the market for a new bed I'll definitely be contacting Judy and I'll recommend her every chance I get. I bought a mattress here just about 1 year ago. Judy waS great to work with, very professional and kind. She threw in 2 pillows for free which was awesome. I absolutely love the mattress protector and sheet set we purchased with the mattress as well. However, one year down the road and the mattress has not held up well at all. The springs have worn down very quickly and body impressions are worse than on any other mattress I have ever owned. My back hurts every morning when I wake up now. I wasn't a big fan of our previous mattress (all memory foam) but I would go back to that matress over this one. I spent just under $1000 for this off-brand mattress, bed frame and sheets. Maybe the more expensive mattresses are better here, I don't know but If I had to do it over again- I would go to American Furniture Warehouse, you can get a name brand mattress for as little as $500 and they would probably hold up better in the long run. Again Judy was great to work with and you can't beat her $10 down and out the door payment plan. It's great for anyone waiting on taxes or needing to build credit, I'm just not sure the actual mattresses are worth the price you pay! read more
