The mattress was very hard and didn't feel like the one we laid on in the store. We called and he said to come in and we could make the exchange. We found one that was much more to our comfort level without looking at the prices. When I went to do the exchange he said it was to be an even exchange. So my husband went to the beds and looked at the prices. It ended up being almost $700.00 difference. Plus $65.00 extra dollars for delivery. He failed to tell us this when I purchased the mattress and he failed to tell us there would be an addition delivery charge. Just not right when there is so much money involved. So do yourself a favor and make sure you are 100 percent sure you will not be returning a mattress if you buy from that store. Even though they give you 30 days to try it out

Then I called the delivery guy to make sure he was going to deliver and he then said he would be at my house in 10 minutes and never arrived. A couple hours go by and I called and he answered and said "he is not coming to Titusville"and hung up on me. I canceled my order the next day, I do not want a bed from a company that treats customers like this. I rather go to another business and buy a mattress.
