Needed an adult bed for my kid and after shopping around, our family settled on purchasing from Ortho Mattress. The show room was impressive and had a lot of mattresses for us to find the perfect fit. Lisa spent lots of time with us explaining each mattress as we did not know what we really wanted. We ended up getting a hybrid mattress that was at a great price. I shopped around and this was one of the better mattresses that we tried, regardless of price. If you need a new bed, Christian is your guy! As soon as I walked in, he greeted me with a huge smile! You don't see that kind of customer service every day! I wasn't sure what I needed or wanted but Christian explained the difference between mattresses and made it super easy to figure what what was right for me. He showed me the beds that were in my budget but none of them felt right. He said if I purchased a bed that he wanted me to be 100% confident that I got the right bed. He explained to me about Synchrony which let me finance instead and showed me several more beds that were a bit out of my budget. I found the PERFECT bed and being able to finance it was a game changer or I wouldn't of been able to afford it that day. You truly get serviced. My partner and I went in randomly over the Cinco de Mayo weekend to check out this grand opening location. We left with purchasing an Ortho Avant King Eclipse Firm. We were probably there about an hour trying out different types of beds and learning from the manager Ron. I really liked him because he was not pushy or trying hard to make a sale, rather, he was extremely informative and knowledgable of all the beds. I don't like being pushed so I found Ron very truthful, helpful, and honest. I liked how he told us that what we decide is truly up to us. He was the only person there so we had to wait a bit while he helped someone else. After an hour or so, we left with an an Ortho Avant King Eclipse Firm. I will never sleep in anything else! The mattress was delivered within hours, the only problem was, when the delivery guys took off the protective plastic on the mattress, there were black marks on the plastic which got transferred on the mattress. So there is a marker stain on my brand new mattress! I called Ron right away, I told him the problem and he told he it would be taken care of first thing Monday since we were hitting Sunday. I thought that I had to keep them in check on Monday, instead, someone from Ortho Mattress called me early in the morning to schedule the exchange fo the mattress. I now have a brand new, unmarked mattress. I am so impressed with this company and Ron. I guess paying for an expensive mattress has its perks but I don't think it's always the case with other companies. Thank you Ron! read more

Fresh out of college and I was on the market to buy something to sleep on that wasn't a futon. I stumbled into Ortho Mattress after the logo caught my attention on a drive home from work. When I walked into the store there was one friendly worker, Ruby, working with a pair of customers but when I walked in she acknowledged my presence and let me know she'd be with me as soon as she could. The customers she was working with seemed pretty demanding and keep her occupied for another 15-20 minutes but every so often she let me know that she was working on finding solutions for those customers but offered me flyers and information about mattresses I was looking at in the meantime. After the pushy customers were finished, I had actually decided on which mattress I wanted after laying on an iSerta and feeling like I was sleeping on a cloud! Anywho, Ruby was extraordinary knowledgeable about the mattress, as well as about different payment options that I could try since I wanted really to buy the mattress at full price. She also thoroughly explained warranty information about the mattress as well as tips on how to get the most out of my new purchase which I found very helpful because again, this was my first "real" mattress purchase so I didn't know very much about maintenance.
