Bob's contacted us and offered an earlier delivery date, which we gladly accepted. My husband specifically selected June 16. On June 15, we received both text messages and emails confirming delivery for June 16 between 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Based on those confirmations, we rearranged our schedule and made sure someone would be home. Then, on the morning of June 16, an hour before delievery, I received a phone call informing me that the recliner was not even on the truck and could not be delivered. How does a company move a delivery date up, send multiple confirmations, and then cancel the delivery the morning of because the item isn't on the truck? This is a complete failure in communication and customer service. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is not the first issue we have experienced with Bob's Furniture. At this point, I have completely lost confidence in their delivery process and customer service.

He gives zero pressure, zero hype, and zero BS. He is only there to HELP his customers solve their sleep problems with his vast knowledge and products. Then, on top of that, his products are of high quality and his prices are very fair. No predatory pricing at Dreamland. Bottom line: Jesse takes all the pain out of mattress shopping. There's a reason I drove in from Ohio the first time I purchased from him, and now this time we live even further away but took advantage of a trip to PA to buy adjustable bases and two lift recliners.
