Paying a premium price for a premium product is no problem as long as we get premium service from start to finish. That has not been the case unfortunately this time. A few speed bumps and yet even though we've already made our first payment on our purchase we have not received all the product that we were promised. When we came back the next day to make the purchase, instead of charging us the correct, slightly higher price, he instead remembered what he quoted and took the money off the cost of the mattress.
