We did end up with a waterproof mattress cover that was too hot and therefore a waste of about $100, but other than that it was an excellent experience. We recommended this store to a family member, and she has been just as pleased with her purchase. We just bought a second mattress set, and the experience was just as nice. No phony "floor model sale, today only" high pressure tactics. Delivery and removal of old mattress set are complimentary.

We purchased a $1400 mattress set from the Raleigh location. The first night left us both with…read morebackaches. We quickly realized our heads are below our feet and the middle of the mattress sags when we sleep in the middle (yes, we sleep cuddle). I notified the store, they sent a guy out with a yard stick. We ALL know what that means! There is no visible sag in the mattress but how it performs when we are in the bed is a problem. We explained our experience, and the guy suggested we give the mattress more time and that we had a year to exchange it. He also said he'd check in on us in a few weeks, which did not happen. Skip ahead 10 weeks and we can't take it anymore! We call, they say come down and pick another mattress. We go, we pick a firmer mattress ($799) and they want us to pay $300 more for a mattress that is $500 less than what we've already paid. Wait? What!?! He said flip mattress and see if that side is better, if not, WE (the customer) CAN PAY for them to pick it up, take it to their factory to be dismantled to see if there is a defect. This is the worst purchasing experience we've ever had. Their sales person says you can exchange if it doesn't work but the reality there is 25% fee (of lesser mattress) and you pay to pick up the bad one and deliver the new one. We are a senior couple on a fixed income. We saved for a new set and thought a locally made product sounded like a good idea for many reasons. If the company doesn't stand behind their product, clearly they know their products are not quality and they don't truly care about customer satisfaction. Posted for my neighbors. BE FOREWARNED!!!!! We bought a bed from this company about…read morea month ago. The salesperson was very friendly and told us if anything was wrong we could exchange the bed and they would even pick it up for us. Sounds great, right? What he didn't say was that if we wanted to RETURN the bed we would be hit with a 20% restocking fee. Oh yeah, and for them to pick it up, there would be a $100 charge. On top of that, we cannot take it to the store ourselves, we MUST have them pick it up. So for our $220 bed that our son didn't like we're only going to get $80 back when we return it. Gee thanks guys. (Needless to say, if we had known their return policy we would have waited to buy the bed.) So, BEFORE you buy from them make sure you know not only their exchange policy, but make sure you also know their RETURN policy for your particular bed!!

So the frame arrives the next day. I spend half a day with automated customer service because you cannot talk to a person on the phone when dealing with this company. I finally got credit for the frame. Now, 3 weeks later, I receive an email saying that the frame will be delivered in 6 days. I'M GOING TO SCREAM NOW.
