I should not have ignored all the red flags flying all over the place! Even so, u can't shop anywhere, especially where ppl make commissions and expect full disclosure! they'll lie, cheat, leave out details, have hidden fees, etcetera. Buyers truly need 2 beware. I could have paid off my car 4 the amount I'm being charged 4 this substandard furniture! The name of the furniture isn't the same! That was swapped out! They claim 2 b so much better than Ashley, yet they sell Ashley products! In actuality, they're so much worse than Ashley home store! Their crappy furniture doesn't cost a small fortune! I was very pleasantly surprised by the prices being so low. Then I found out this company actually manufactures their beds in Fort Worth and sells them to the other mattress stores. Those stores then sell them at a much higher price! If you buy from City Mattress, youre getting the same mattress just cutting out the middleman! They have an incredible swap out program if you're unhappy for any reason. And their guarantee is almost 3 times as long as other "name brand" stores you hear of!
