This was going to be true anywhere I went, and despite that, I found something I was very happy with. Loi knows his product, he's knowledgeable about the supply chain and can tell you why and how he's able to get you such a good deal, I never once felt the need to question him. I shopped on my lunch break one day. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I texted him a week later that I was ready, and I came home with a brand name mattress for $300. This is an absolute gem in an otherwise saturated (and inflated) market. You won't regret making the appointment. Loi even tied down the mattress to the roof of my car with ratchet straps I brought. Outstanding every step of the way. Wow! Can't say enough about this place. Found Loi on Facebook doing a search. My husband and I were moving into a new place and we needed three new mattresses. We purchased a queen for the guest bedroom, and for my daughters new bunk bed which took a full and twin size mattress. We were able to take one home that day. The other two we came back to pick up but he loaded them in the car with no problems. He even provided the industrial straps to transport the two mattresses on top of my Nissan Pathfinder. He even checked to make sure I got home ok. Also was very efficient with meeting me at a specific time and being on time since it's by appt only. Loi was so great to work with. Kind and reasonable, fast and efficient. He didn't try to upsell us and just let us try all the mattresses out. Let me first start by saying I had no sleep for 18 hours my mattress was on its last spring, I could feel the spring coils going through my spine was in so much pain that it keep me up online searching for a same day pickup so I found this place , called at 8am on a Sunday morning. and was surprised to have gotten a call back within 15 minutes spoke with lol hopefully I spell his name correctly if I didn't I apologize. real down to earth explain what I was looking for and my budget. he worked with and helped me fine the best mattress at and affordable price. now he's not one of those sales guys that just tries to sell u anything he nase sure I liked what I was getting before I purchased, also send me a text to make sure I got home safely. definitely recommend this place. I was in a rush to find a queen and king size for me and my son. I went to a local store but didn't like the quality and it was very expensive. I found this store on Yelp and they had great reviews. I made an appointment and he was nice enough to meet me the same day.
