My husband and I had never heard of Luxilon before, but after checking the yelp* reviews, we felt it was a great place to look for a new couch. The owner, Charlie is very personable, knowledgeable and helpful (without being pushy or overbearing). He answered all our questions patiently- even when we explained that we were just starting our search and were not sure what exactly we wanted. After graciously letting us lay down (we actually want a couch that we can use to double down as an extra sleeping space without being a pullout), Charlie let me take my time trying a specific couch my husband was interested in (but I actually was not comfortable on). Charlie always walked away when he felt we needed time to discuss things in private and it was much appreciated. That is the epitome of outstanding customer service. I then decided to try a few recliner chairs to see if that would be a better fit, but I guess I am a hard sell. Let me say this- Luxilon has a great selection of in stock sofas and chairs (among other furniture), and they do custom orders as well. I was just overwhelmed and needed to take a break and re-assess what I truly want and need before bothering them again. We saw so many great items, we ended up purchasing a small, inexpensive accent table which was a great price and very well made. It was an item we didn't even intend on buying, but it was a great deal and a very unusual and practical piece that will fit under my existing chair AND sofa allowing me to eat a meal/use a computer/write a letter, etc... My husband also was able to buy a couple of lift thingys for some existing chairs which we own. Charlie is also providing help in installing these for us and he is going above and beyond in doing so. I like this business a lot because it reminds me of how I used to run my store when I was a manager- straight forward, excellent customer service combined with great pricing for quality merchandise. read more

First time I came here was after a long overnight shift looking homeless cause I was too tired to care. Charlie did not care what I looked like he was so helpful and attentive I was so surprised. Since then I always try to get my furniture from him. If I find something online from a different retailer I will call him first to see if I can get it from him before ordering it from someone else. If he doesn't have it he will also give you similar options which is great. He is a hard working, knowledgeable person and I plan on continuing to support his business. We visited every store in the area and just happened to see Luxilon Furniture. We went in just to see what they offered. We found a beautiful sectional sofa that we did not see anywhere else. The owner of the store was very informative and patient with us. My husband and I came back several times to see and measure it out. After we purchased the sectional, Charlie kept us updated on the delivery. It was delivered today. Jose and Ricardo did a fantastic job with the delivery and assembly. His store has a great selection of high quality furniture at great prices. I looked for a sofa from high end stores to different websites. And the quality was just lacking even at high end price points. Charlie helped me find the perfect sofa and it is such great quality. His delivery team is amazing. They are extremely professional. We just had a TV console delivered and I am so very pleased. The entire process, from my initial stop-through to placing the order to receiving the delivery was such a wonderful experience. Charlie (owner) and his colleague Liam are simply two extremely nice men who are excited to help us all in making our home into what we need and want with our furniture needs. They have high end to reasonably priced, contemporary to traditional. Our console is for the basement and I didn't was on a budget.
