Externally dissatisfied and frustrated. I purchase a mattress from Matress depo in Weatherford on 2/24/2023. I came into the store with only two criteria I was looking for for a new mattress. One of the criteria was that it was soft and the other was that it breath. The salesman confidently pointed me to the queen size golden mattress sapphire 2 euro top. Assuring me with extreme confidence that this was the perfect match for what I was looking for. I trusted The gentleman because I have always heard nothing but good things about the store. I came home and install the bed and my first night I was immediately taken back because I experienced extreme night sweats. Little did I know and under false information, which was provided by the salesman, that the mattress was 70% polyurethane. Which does the OPPOSITE of what I needed it to do. I tried for a week or two to make adjustments to my home temperature to see if it was a problem with me, but no success. I haven't had a decent night of sleep since I purchased the mattress and the store cannot do anything about it due to the return policy. Which I was also given false information about by the salesman. I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with the lies that we're told to me by a supposed reputable "mom and pop" store. Love that they will finance you... but was told the payment would be $75 a month so I thought good! I can get two new Matresses! When it came time to start payments, they are almost $500 a month for two Matresses. I had worked so hard on fixing my credit and thought this would help, but in fact has ruined it. Delivery person left gash on hardwood floor, manager said he is not responsible, in 15 years never heard of that, doesnt know how it could happen. I told him I heard it, the plastic piece from the box spring was dragged across the floor, and he couldn't care less. I wanted to buy local but that was a mistake, there is a reason some places stay in business for decades and some change hands almost yearly, spend your money elsewhere. read more

Dishonest. Colby lied about ordering wrong mattress and only offered to trade for dirty floor model to fix it. Has misleading name brand advertisement that does not match actual mattresses. Did not inform us all sales were final except on the sales receipt after sale was made. Mattress we got does not feel or look like model we tried in store. The cover is completely different and the name on tag does not match. He lied and told us manufacturer changed cover, after telling us floor model was only 7 days old. Then told us it was the Denali-dynasty. Called manufacturer to verify no cover changes and that they have 2 different mattresses by the names Denali and Dynasty. Main sales point was no motion transfer when my husband moves, and I've been woken up every night since we bought it from even the slightest movements. We have been wanting to invest in a good mattress for a long time, and now all that money was wasted. read more

One star is still too high of a rating. Didn't deliver the merchandise and then wouldn't refund the money. After discussing this with them, I don't want the mattress. I'm scared of the quality and shape it'll arrive in. Have filed a compliant with the BBB and will seek the help of a lawyer to resolve the issue. This is not how you do business. read more
