I just wanted to take a minute to review this store. I don't typically review retailers, but this…read moreone deserves it. My wife and I have been shopping for a new mattress for a few days and had been into Sam's looking at them. As we were leaving Sam's, I saw the Mattress Firm and we decided to go in and take another look. I say another look because we had actually been in another location yesterday. When we walked in, we were greeted by Jordan, who introduced himself and asked what he could help us with today. Then we all had a good laugh because we were in a mattress store, obviously we were looking at mattresses! Jordan warmed us that he was going to be asking us a lot of questions and that they were probably going to seem repetitive, but he was just trying to get us a mattress that was exactly what we wanted. All told, we probably spent an hour in the store. We tried multiple mattresses and we were never pushed towards anything, which was really refreshing! We found a mattress that we really liked and even ended up with one of the frames that elevates the head. Jordan asked me about one while were looking at the different mattresses, and I told him that I wasn't interested in one because it would be like a hospital bed. After we found a mattress we really liked, Jordan asked me if I had ever been on a bed that could elevate the head or feet. I admitted that I hadn't and he asked me if I wanted to see what it felt like. I thought what the heck, we're here anyway, so we tried it out. I wasn't crazy about elevating my legs, but I really liked being able to elevate my head. I had no idea I'd like it, and actually thought I'd hate it, but ended up buying it. All in all, a fantastic experience with an incredibly knowledgeable and personable salesperson. Next time one of the beds in the house needs a new mattress, I'm going back to see Jordan.

We were pleasantly surprised that they had a queen-sized Sealy Hybrid plush for half the online price with one small black spot on the side, which was disclosed prior to purchase. The spot did not bother us, and we were thrilled to learn they could deliver same day ( maybe because it was on the weekend?) and would get a discount for providing 1 person to assist delivery driver with removing our old mattress and installing the new one. The delivery guys left it there saying the customer service would give us a call to schedule a replacement. We never received a phone call, so we called to schedule the replacement delivery. We had to wait an additional two weeks for it. When they gave us the delivery time window the day before the delivery, that time did not work for us, so we requested a different time or date. The representative helping us, then told us that the system showed that the replacement would not be available for 6 months or more. I just canceled the order. Now we have to wait two weeks for them to pick the recliners up, and then another week after that to get our money back. Such a headache! Not buying from them ever again!
