I recently went there to purchase just a bed (mattress, box and bedframe) George only showed me one style & was very dismissive to any further interactions. I'm not sure if the guy was racist or solely about business & nothing else, but he made me feel as if he didn't want to hear about my experience of any kind... he just wanted my money & me out of his store immediately after our business transaction. Oddly enough, when the alleged new bed arrived there was a rip in it as well as a countless amount of strings from the stitches of the mattress sticking out everywhere (I took pictures as well as a video). When I called back the same day as well as the following day and left detailed messages I received no courtesy callback whatsoever.

The selection is limited in the store due to the outlet Type of store. However they do allow you to shop some furniture books if they do not have what you like in store. They offer delivery service which is not very expensive. They also give you the option to pick up in store. In store they take multiple types of payments cash or card. There is parking available on the side of the building. The place is usually not too packed so you don't have to worry about no parking being available. If you are looking for a deal on furniture, this may be the place for you.

Where the sales associate told me they could deliver the next day. I was super happy considering Sears was going to take a week longer. (I should have gone with Sears) I didn't need the mattress right away I opted for that Monday, so they called me Monday am explained one of my products broke they would still be delivering the mattress, which was wrong size. The sales associate Pierre assured me that in a week everything would be back in they would swap everything out to correct, items we ordered. Do you think I heard from anyone? A follow up? Nothing I passed by the store to find a sign outside telling how they have become a text or calling store. So I now have to call or text this number. I did someone does answer. Logistically this place is a mess they came exchanged my mattresses which makes me think if I got a "brand new" mattress like they tell you. The bottom part of my bed they never delivered they had said it was received and it clearly was not received. They had known about this for week now since they had to order me another one. So they come exchange my beds and not bring the bottom part, the manager apologized but literally two weeks later, I get what I ordered. Since they do not call you and tell you what time they will be delivering I explained over and over again to them I cannot accept deliveries after 5pm I need a time frame. Makes sense with any delivery company here in Miami and these people cannot get it right. They literally tell me an hour before the delivery they will not be able to make it for the what 4th time. Literally two weeks later after FIVE delivery attempts they get it right, I will never ever order a thing from this company again, their logistics is horrible and the fact you cannot go into store and speak with a sales person or the sales person never calling to follow up is poor. I spent well over 2k and expected a lot more! Next time I will go with reputable place not this fly by night place. The manager told me she would include free pillows with my order do you think she did no? No compensation for my time of waiting or nothing was ever offered.

Booked Twice, Stood Up Twice…read more I scheduled a virtual consultation with Modloft at 10:00 AM today. No one showed up. I remained online for 15 minutes before leaving. Afterward, I contacted the company to report the missed appointment. Instead of acknowledging the issue, I was told that "the team confirmed they were able to connect to the appointment." This is simply not true. I have time-stamped photos showing that I was present and waiting, and that no one from Modloft ever joined the meeting. Trying to give them a second chance, I rescheduled through their website for 12:30 PM the same day. Once again, I waited online for 15 minutes, and once again, nobody showed up. Being stood up twice in one day is bad enough. Being told that the team attended a meeting that never happened is even worse. There was no apology, no accountability, and no respect for my time. If you offer virtual consultations, the bare minimum is showing up--or at least being honest when you don't. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
