Fortunately for me, Richard Garnett was their to help. He knows his stuff, and got me out quick! Their customer service is outstanding. I received an email confirmation of my delivery date, a text message the day before, to reconfirm the hours, and the best part was a phone call from the driver telling me he would be there in 25 minutes. Our salesman, Richard Garnett, was bar none, the best salesman for a mattress I've ever encountered. He knew his stuff inside and out, never pressured us, answered all of our questions when we were like "why does this one feel better than that one" when we were down to the final two and it was really hard to decide. He was kind, funny, and once our smooth transaction was through, we even had a few minutes just to chat. Buying a Mattress is a big decision. We spent a lot of money on a king sized mattress and a motorized bed frame, but Richard was great, he sat there and just talked with us and answered and questions or concerns we had.
