That was the case regarding the piece I drove 3 1/2 hours one way to pick up a dining room server table. I was greeted by someone as soon as I walked in the door, just like all furniture stores. I explained exactly what I wanted, he walked me through this huge store and showed me the piece, I checked it out and did the paperwork and then drove a few miles away to the warehouse where I picked up my item. They loaded it my SUV and we drove back home. I did ask them to open the box so I could inspect it before they loaded it, it was fine.

Most of the products they sell are made in the USA. The service here is simply spectacular. If I went looking for something to complain about I don't think I could find anything.
