First, they delivered our new fridge on the weekend and when prompted to take the old fridge with them; when they should because that was what was required to be done. They said they didn't have the tools to do it and would come back. They were supposed to give us a call on the weekend. This never happened . So all weekend we had two fridges in our kitchen. Ontop of that the fridge that they gave us didn't freeze so we loss 200 dollars worth of groceries. On Monday, after the weekend after receiving no call I called into them and the receptionist answered the phone, very polite at first and I scheduled an appointment for later in the day once I was off of work for a mechanic to come out and for them to take the fridge. The mechanic doesn't show up until an hour and half past the appointment time, and he doesn't bring anyone with him to get the fridge. We call back to the receptionist and she says, "you're not getting your fridge moved ever if you keep talking to me like a child", after this she proceeded to yell vulgar language . My wife then called her to ask about getting our fridge moved out, and she immediately gets cussed out by the receptionist. The owner calls us later and tells us that he is sending someone out today and they don't show up until 730 at night . When they show up one of the employees come into our house and growls in anger at the fridge like he didn't want to move it. Me and my wife looked at each other in disbelief as we sat on the couch with my one year old son watching this man growl and yell and swear at the fridge ....all in all this was a terrible miserable experience and I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are terrible. Terrible customer service, very unprofessional, and all around rude.

When I picked it up, they had not only repaired my Oreck, they'd also cleaned and serviced it, replacing the bag, beater brush, and belt, and all for what I had considered a reasonable price just for the repair. I made sure to use the vacuum before I wrote this review and can say that it now works as well as it did when it was brand new. I am very pleased with this shop and will return in the future for any repairs or new purchases. I wish every business I visited were as pleasant to work with as Stow's Forrest Vacuum.

The owner is a very decent man who runs an honest shop, and the prices for vacuums and for repairs are very reasonable. My wife and her mom have been customers probably since my wife was a little girl, and I started going there back in 2010, when my wife and I moved to Ohio (i'm originally from NY). My wife told me she had purchased her Riccar from Bryson's back in 1997. Well, after 24 years, the motor just went out. We were going to have a new motor installed but since the price of a new Riccar was so reasonable, we decided to buy a new one. The 25D model is a nice upgrade from the 25S model and for only an additional $100, you get a lot more + a nice 3-year warranty. The owner took the time to demonstrate the floor model and also let my wife have a chance to use it to make sure she liked it. He showed us all the features and pointed out where the filters were and how to replace the bag and how you can turn off the brush to do other types of cleaning. When that was done, he opened a new box and assembled our new vacuum and gave us a 6-pack of bags at no charge. 5-star service all the way. So now my wife is happy (happy wife, happy life!) that she has a brand new Riccar, and I don't have to stare anymore at a 24-year-old vacuum held together with duct tape, velcro and wishful thinking. We had purchased it from him 15 years ago. He cautioned us Dyson had discontinued parts, due to age, but he could look at it and see what he could do. Meanwhile I researched new vacuums and returned to the shop to discuss options with him, and decided on a potential replacement. However, he then called us and said the vacuum was fine and unclogged, and we could pick it up. A less ethical dealer might have said it couldn't be fixed to get a $600 sale. When I went to pick it up, the total charge with tax was $13.99. Not only that, but we realized he had forgot to fix a problem with the hose, and he insisted on fixing it and dropping it off at my office 2 hours later! I would have been glad to wait another day or so to return! Not only is he ethical and knowledgeable. he is a really nice guy to talk to! I would never go elsewhere to purchase or repair a vacuum.

She said she thought she had something on the lot and would take a quick pic and send it to me. A few minutes later i get a call from George the owner telling me they have nothing. I said you have nothing to look at that I might like, he confirmed then told me he was over 3 months out. That was no problem for us, but i could see he was trying to blow us off, so i said ok and hung up. Today my husband and i stopped in, again asked for quartzite or granite. George said, "Do i look like i have money" ... then tried to tell us other places to go. He then said he had an appointment at 1 pm... so he had to go. The store hours said 9 am to 5 pm today. We have no idea why this guy is acting this way.. but we won't be back. Rude to the max and unhelpful.
