Craig spent a lot of time with us and gave us the opportunity to try out different beds. We found a bed we liked and told him that we were going to go comparison shopping before making a decision. He advised us to go to Macy's which has the best selection. He never pressured us to buy. We did go to Macy's plus one other store but ultimately decided that Craig had the best bed for the best price. We appreciated the time he took and the no-pressure approach. We now have our new bed and are totally thrilled with it. I highly recommend Craig as he knows his stuff and gives you the time and space to comfortably come to a decision.

He explained each mattress, the benefits of owning that particular mattress and was 100% honest if he didn't think it would be a good fit. When we decided on the right mattress, we were going to tie it to the roof of our car. When Ricky saw that we were in a predicament (we did not have ratchet straps or rope) he offered to drop the mattress off at our house after the store closed at 8pm. To his word at 8:01 he called us and told us he was on his way and at 8:09 we have the mattress in our house. I have a muscle condition apparently, which I've sort of known about my whole life, but it was never this bad. I had tried two new mattresses before this one - a tempurpedic, and a cheap floor model from Sleepys that I took because it wasn't tempurpedic. I figured neither one helped, so it couldn't be the mattress. The difference with Sleep Factory Outlet was that David took the time to listen, and to educate me about what makes a person need a firm or soft mattress. We found the mattress that felt best for me, with all the time and attention in the world, no sense of urgency, and not feeling left alone to my own devices. On top of that, they built me a custom-made pillow exactly to the height I needed, in the shape I wanted, at the size I specified, and I've never been happier! Finally, for icing on the cake... I was feeling absolutely miserable and even afraid of driving from how much back pain I had just two weeks ago. I felt light headed and afraid of passing out just from being in the car chair for too long, going on the highways. Something to do with my ribs, I think. I explained my situation, and while David was unable to accept credit card over the phone, we worked something out and I was able to send payment to him and receive my mattress and pillow within hours of them being completed, without having to drive over to try them out! I'm happy to say that I lucked out with the right firmness, as it feels like a full body hug whenever I lay down. I'm getting a solid 8 hours of sleep every night, and I'm sleeping in past the sunlight and sounds of people slamming their car doors in the morning. No more back pain! Incredible.
