The staff were all so kind and helpful and they let us have as long as we needed to make a decision. I've never spent more than $600 on a mattress/box spring set before this, but I feel like I just made a solid investment in my sleeping future. Within 10 minutes of laying on the mattress my entire right side feels better than it has in years. I can only hope this carries over for us over the years. They use Synchrony for their credit and I like that company well enough. (Discount tire uses them too and I've never had an issue with them.) They delivered the same day and the delivery guys were just as nice as the store staff were. They were in and out in under 20 minutes, took the old mattress and box spring away and installed our new bed and frame, demonstrated the remote, and educated us on the pieces. By the time I left, Austin was able to negotiate two mattresses, platforms, and delivery all within my price range. They're friendly locally owned and considerate of my needs. I have a service dog in training and they were accommodating. They were even able to give me a loaner bed so I can wait for the bed that I prefer. According to what they have posted and stated, if the mattress doesn't work out you can bring it back. There is a caveat. You have to choose a different mattress, which is okay, except then they want thousands more to upgrade the mattress. And if that doesn't work, I'm assuming more money. Our sales rep Eddie, was fantastic and was truly concerned in helping us get the right mattress for the right price. However he ended up leaving. We worked with one of the owners and he was not as concerned about making things right. The bottom line, he wanted us to come in and try out other mattresses which we had done on a couple occasions and spend more money for the hopes that the new mattress would work better. We ended up having to get mattress toppers, to compensate for the mattress. This experience has left me feeling, if you snooze you lose.
