My choice was to lose $1200 or he could up-sell me a better mattress. The mattress was only comfortable in the store. After three nights it was dipping and I could feel the coils. It was a terrible choice and only then did I learn that it was my problem, not theirs- and not only that but they would charge me again to haul it away! (There was a tiny print explanation of the no refund policy on the invoice but I trusted the salesman rather than read the fine print- my bad) I ended up donating the mattress and shopping at Mattress Firm down the road, where full refunds are given for an unsatisfactory mattress. I suggest you do the same. My new mattress was delivered no additional charge (unlike America's Mattress which charges for delivery), it is foam and lightweight (not a bulky heavy hybrid that no one can move), it cost $700, and has made for blissful nights of sleep. Plus they hauled away the previous mattress at no charge.

I've never spent more than $600 on a mattress/box spring set before this, but I feel like I just made a solid investment in my sleeping future. They use Synchrony for their credit and I like that company well enough. (Discount tire uses them too and I've never had an issue with them.)
