I have been more patient than most customers with this store. I am to call back on Monday because the owners are out of town and they are the only ones that can approve a refund. The misogynist, Terry interrupted us by walking between us and started talking- like who are you?! Who does that? Gross behavior. The other associate apologized to us profusely. He lost the sale for the entire business. The reason we did not want to work with him again before this incident is his lack of integrity; all he cares about is his commission.
