As I laid my sweaty, half-naked self down on these mattresses, I couldn't help but feel someone was TRYING TO SELL ME SOMETHING. I turn around and the sales guru was there. He said I could tell "I enjoy the finer things in life" by the looks of my car (which was a rental) as he watched me drive up, which was awkward. Guy, no need to make blanket generalizations that could be true for literally anybody to make me feel some type of way.. I was already seduced by the mattress. Walked out saving about $300. Our salesman, Zack, was more than helpful explaining various aspects of mattress construction and such. He used a computerized exercise to help us pare down our list of appropriate mattresses without pushing the higher priced models. He patiently answered our questions and gave us the printout to take home. No hard sell, which I appreciated. Although we are just beginning our search, SEM will be given a serious look. I moved to Dallas from college one weekend and my old mattress was ruined in the move (rain storm). Dexter helped us find a comparable mattress to my last one. 7. DAYS. LATER. A crane fell on my apartment in a freak storm, condemning my new place! I was left without a mattress for a few months. I went to see if I could get a new one and finally get off of my air mattress, due to delays from the management and moving companies at the condemned apartment. Dexter was incredible!!!!! I bought a Serta mattress 2 years ago at this location. After about a year I started noticing that the mattress was sagging. To roll over, you had to roll uphill and then you would roll downhill and almost roll off the bed.We hired a 3rd party to check the mattress and forward the results to the store. The tech that came to the house said that the mattress should not be sagging that much and it was unacceptable. My 10 year warranty was not honored. The whole process was very user unfriendly. It was impossible to find a human to talk to about this matter. I kept being referred to websites that I could not submit my complaint. Don't let their warranty fool you. read more

When I returned, Jacob was most helpful in finishing the order and arranging for delivery. I chose this store specifically because they said they could deliver it the next day in the afternoon -- I had family coming in town unexpectedly and needed it by the next afternoon. When setting up delivery, the employee asked if I would like 1-3 pm or 7-10 pm. I told him 1-3 would be ideal, especially as I had plans the following evening with the incoming family. He repeatedly confirmed it orally when checking me out and again before I left. While waiting for the delivery the next day, I pulled out my receipt in case the delivery men needed it, only to discover that he had scheduled it for 7-10 pm. I immediately called the store -- the girl there said she would do her best to fix the situation. Well, her only solution was to move the delivery to the next day, which renders the bed completely useless to me. They were either completely unwilling or unable to fix their own mistake at all and refused to try to find a way to get the bed to me during the day. So the end result is I had to settle for the 7-10 pm delivery and miss the one evening I had with my family. I will never use this business again and I strongly advise anyone else against it as well. I understand mistakes happen, but the answer from the company shouldn't be "take it or leave it" when they do. read more
