Our delivery date was two weeks which didn't happen until almost two months later, many calls and three visits to the store. We had two scheduled dates for delivery and each time it was a "no show" which we didn't know about until we called the night before for delivery time. When we left phone messages, only when the mail box wasn't full, our calls were never returned. If the phone was answered, all we got were excuses, lies and false promises. On our last visit to the store, when we promised ourselves we would cancel, Patrick assured us it would be delivered in a few days and because of the delay he would give us a free sheet set. We are enjoying our split-king but we wished we had purchased it elsewhere. (We never received the sheets!) On our last visit, Patrick referred to us as friends but " a friend doesn't treat friends like this." The sales person was very helpful, explained the differences, and made suggestions. They gave us a delivery date and stuck to it. (we even went back and bought some awsome pillows) We price shopped before we bought (as best we could, using the internet to find which mattresses are the same as which other mattresses because national chains rename mattresses to make it harder to compare). Turns out the mattress we purchased at Mattresses & More for $1249 (and free delivery and haul away), was the same mattress we liked at Mattress Firm but they wanted $1549 (on sale) plus $59 for delivery and haul away.

After getting the run around from the store for several weeks and after repeated calls to them, they indicated there was a problem with the delivery company (I later found out that the original company contracted to deliver was no longer servicing this manufacturer.) The bed finally arrived, almost a month later ,and all was good (until the bed started sagging where I slept. I decided to rotate the bed, this is when I noticed that the bed tag said "sample" on it. This surprised me because I did not purchase a floor sample and why did I have to wait a month if I did. I contacted the store and told Jen that I did not purchase a floor sample and was very unhappy about this. She said that the floor sample was never on the floor and stored in their storage area downstairs. Her word to mine that it was never on the floor. To make a long story short. This situation has gone on for six months now. I am still getting the run around from the store and Jen. She says she is the manager and the decision is hers to make. According to Manager Jen, this is a reputable family run business that has been around for many years. I believe she was insinuating that they are a good firm. I would have agreed initially, as I decided to make this very large purchase from them. Purchasing a new mattress is a very costly undertaking and I did not make the decision easily. To resolve the issue, Jen wants me to use the warranty on the bed (provided by a third party), which will allow a new bed selection. I don't want to choose a new bed from a new bed manufacturer after I researched and found what I thought was the perfect bed. I am not happy. I will not refer anyone to this company ever again. By the way, the bed I selected, after researching beds for more than 1 year, is no longer being sold by this company. Basically, for six months I was under the impression that they would replace the bed once it became available. Not so. I am done! No recommendations coming from St. Louis for Mattresses and More!

The couch has a spot on the front and she came to our house and took care of it. The end table came in damaged and she reordered it. The second one came in with a crack. Again, she contacted the company and got another table. The third, fourth and fifth tables were also not perfect, but she didn't bother us with that information. When the sixth table came in and was perfect, she called us to say it was there. She definitely provides great service to her customers. She will have us as customers forever.
