Bought a queen mattress over this weekend, it was a hybrid. I had a temper-pedic before, but this is pretty dang comfortable!!!

We needed two twin mattress and one bed frame. We were immediately greeted by Greg who helped us with the bed frames and described the different types of frames it was simple and found the perfect mattress for the kids. I have never had such a poor experience purchasing any product in my life than I did at this mattress firm. It took FIVE months of me constantly calling the store for my beds to be delivered. To make things even worse, the beds were in stock at the store, but not one member thought they should complete the order. For compensation of this experience, I was offered a measly $100 or some free pillows for the inconvenience. I would strongly suggest avoiding this store unless you would like to play as the manager for your own order. You as the customer will have to keep track of stock, shipments, and reminding everyone that your order even exists. read more

Bought an Aubrey California King on adjustable base this fall. Tyler was great. He was really knowledgeable but more importantly he was a no pressure salesman. Love my bed. The adjustable base has helped tremendously with my reflux and as an added benefit my husband is snoring less. I had such a great experience that I went back and bought pillows from him. Very stressful experience and our first experience purchasing a bed. My husband and I came in on Memorial Day to take advantage of the sales that the company usually has around this time. The sales experience was seamless. We told them what we wanted in both our price range and the type of bed we wanted. We were not pressured to purchase anything beyond our own financial and comfort expectations. In this case, we wanted a Cal King around the $750 price range. But we ended up spending a little over $1000 in order to get the free adjustable base. The only "issue" (that wasn't an issue to us) was the time it would take for the warehouse to deliver the bed (one month). I will be having surgery that will keep me bedridden for a couple of weeks around the time the mattress was expected to be picked up and we were willing to wait a month since it was going to be ready for us to pick up before my surgery. A week before our bed was expected I called and spoke to a gentleman who took my information and told me that the bed was still right on schedule. I told him it was cutting close to my surgery date, and so he told me to call on a Friday when they usually get bed shipments in. So I did. When I called however, they told me that they would not be expecting my bed until the end of August 23rd. So now instead of one month. It's three months to wait for my bed and base. Naturally, I wasn't happy went in there to try and clear it up. Needless to say, there wasn't much that could be done and I left unhappy. They told me that in order for me to have a bed in time of my surgery, they could offer me a different bed, but not the size I wanted. It wasn't the brand I originally wanted. It wasn't the level of comfort I originally wanted. And in order to get it more quickly, I will have to drive 1.5 hours to their warehouse near Kenner to pick it up. When I pick it up, the bed will be the wrong size compared to the non returnable base that I purchased. And they told me that this is the quickest way to get me a bed until the one I want comes in. They said they could do an exchange after I pick up the bed and sleep in it for a night since there is a 120 day trial.. but doing it this way is a gamble. I relinquish the bed, stop the process of having it continue to make its way to the Mattress Firm I ordered it from, I risk the possibility of someone else claiming the bed and risk the date being pushed back once again. This experience put both me and my husband in a desperate situation where we felt we were left with little options that were convenient for us. The original bed that we wanted was a Sleepy's, which they told us was their brand. I think they knew they were severely limited on product, and due to being closed down for COVID got overzealous knowing they didn't have what people were buying and now we, the customer, are paying for their mistakes. They took an exciting experience and made it miserable. Bill has been helping me during this process. And although it has sucked, he has still been very kind regardless. read more

I went expecting clearance mattresses since that was the name. RIGHT? I walked in and all I saw was high-priced NEW mattresses. The actual clearance mattresses are not available to see. Very misleading and seemed dishonest to me. read more
