For context, we were looking for a specific brand used in high end hotels which they carried. Daryl was our guy. He answered our bazillion questions, we tested every mattress they had and finally picked the one for us. We negotiated a good deal including 2 cool pillows and cool mattress cover and it was delivered yesterday by Christian and Jorge, 2 good guys who were very respectful and efficient. Also, there is a good amount of pillows, also ready to sample. The employee working at factory mattress was very helpful and kind. He suggested pillows to my husband, based on the way my husband sleeps, and the bed he sleeps on. We found a bed similar to the one my husband sleeps on, and he started trying pillows. The employee was very kind in determining if each pillow was supporting his neck or putting stress on his neck. The end result was buying the perfect pillow . The pillow was a little pricey, $130 , a good sleep is certainly worth $130. I will definitely be back to the store. Should I have a need. Thank you.

This is a low-pressure fair-priced furniture store. As a bonus, you get to pet the owner's dogs and help yourself to an adult beverage as you roam through their surprisingly large location. Their furniture was so beautiful, that I wound up not only buying the dining set but a sofa, love seat, end tables, coffee table, area rug, sofa table, entertainment center and a dresser. I couldn't help myself.... Everything was so beautiful I had to have it. The mid century modern furniture I purchased looks fabulous in my cottage and I am proud to have friends, family and neighbors over. The compliments I get about the furniture are awesome. I had a minor issue with two dining room chairs (missing the stabilizers) and when I called for service, Giovanna S. from the customer experience team couldn't have been more apologetic, and accommodating. She set-up the service call with their service technician Felix (he is Kind, caring, professional and knowledgeable). The appointment for service only took a few days and everything was rectified seamlessly and swiftly.
