My mom and I recently visited the Mattress Firm location on Scott Boulevard in Decatur to find a replacement mattress, and I'm so glad we decided to shop in person instead of ordering online! I had tried to order a mattress online, but the shipping would have taken at least three weeks. I figured since I was going to have to wait anyway, I might as well go in and try some out in person. That turned out to be the best decision! We were immediately greeted by the warmest, kindest, and most personable sales associate -- Renita. She truly gave us the best service we have ever experienced in any retail store. Renita was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and never pushy. She took the time to help us find exactly what we needed and answered all of our questions with patience and expertise. Renita's service was so outstanding that although I initially went in just to buy a mattress for myself, I ended up promising my mom a new mattress too -- just so I could come back and work with Renita again! On top of that, Renita was able to arrange a delivery for me in just two days, instead of waiting weeks. Amazing! Rarely do you find such a wonderful shopping experience. Showed up at 1:30 on a Monday, lights were on, doors were locked. Posted hours say Monday-Saturday 10am-8pm & Sunday 12pm-6pm.

I was in need of a new mattress, my existing mattress was very uncomfortable. I loved the customer service from Aisha, she was very knowledgeable and patient. I selected the S&F Cassett Luxury Plush mattress and the #300 Adjustable base. The delivery team was on time and very professional. Unfortunately the mattress I selected was very uncomfortable. I tried to hang in there and break it in but it was hurting my back and I just couldn't take it anymore. I went in again and talked to the manager Victor Enaboifo. This is where things got excellent. He was patient with me as I tried other mattresses and worked with me to make the exchange. I selected the Beauty Rest Pressuresmart Plush Pillowtop Prime. I love it!
