When we pulled into the parking lot, we immediately noticed the word "outlet" on the building. This had escaped me initially as furniture outlets just aren't our thing because they typically don't offer the quality we are interested in seeing. We went into the store anyway to inquire about specific brands and check out their selection. Although the salesmen were nice and helpful, the store just didn't have a quality selection of furniture. They actually showed us one sofa that they described as leather but this was not our idea of leather. It just seemed like a shiny plastic instead of a rich top-grain leather that you could smell and experience before you actually see it. If you have a very small budget and are looking for something to simply fill a space, this store might be an option. Whether intentional or not, it gave the impression that desirable items may not actually be available to customers. Sad to say I don't recommend. Edit: The reply from the owner clearly shows how out of touch he is with his store and its sellers. There are multiple people who can attest of the behavior of the modifying and removal of the piece I was interested in. A simple check in with your employees would confirm the situation. I quickly found a spot and we entered through the side entrance. Soon as we entered we were welcomed warmly with eye contact and smiles. We just took our time looking at all the different fun stuff. From a full size couch to a board game; you name it they have it. You can easily get lost in here for hours just browsing around and nobody's rushing you. Take your time.
