We then walked away only to find her pop up right behind us every single time we paused to look at a piece of furniture. It was uncomfortable to shop here with this sales tactic. Some of the furniture was nice and looked like it could be from this decade, but not for us. Could have been a better experience if the sales team wasn't so awkward.

It happened twice 2 separate times, and they had to send the same repairman out twice to replace the side boards bc my bed was half on the floor. When it happened again to the other side, the repairman said he had many problems with my original set and he suggested to me to buy a totally different one. When I spoke to management they recommended the same thing, replacing my original set. I did replace my original set with a totally different new one and different style.it cost me another $300. So far I haven't had any problems. I had to go through customer service multiple times to fix my issues which bothered me. My set was under warranty. Once I got my new bedroom set things have been fine, no problems. I went in to Bob's this time in person looking for a living room area rug. I was greeted immediately by a nice salesman. Unfortunately bc I went 2 days after Black Friday, the selection wasn't that great and couldn't find what I needed. The store was filled with many different styles and types of furniture. Bob's coordinates sofas, love seats, recliners with an area rug and accessories. It's nice to walk around and get ideas. Bob's claim they're having a sale. I feel like they mark things up to mark them down. I have bought high-quality furniture over the years and paid a premium, but that furniture has lasted me and is still in great shape. I guess you get what you pay for. If you're looking for furniture on a budget then Bob's is your place. Just make sure you know exactly what you're buying. .

It has been treated with care it was not abused it's not overused. Raymour send somebody out to look at it to see if they could fix it and the gentleman was basically like there's nothing he can do to the table because for him to sand it and finish it and do whatever he needed to for the areas basically the table would look mismatched you would have to do the entire table. They have finally gotten back to me today after the gentleman was here and took pictures a week ago and said because it's outside The manufacturers when your warranty and I did not pay for any type of extended plan they just can't do anything about it so I'm basically out of luck. But they did offer a $50 credit or voucher for me to use there, Which I never will even if it arrives because I will never give them another cent of my business nor will I ever recommend them to anybody. I know that you can make a case for getting the extended warranty however in a year and a half you don't expect a table to just deteriorate on its own. Three, four, five years or after being beat up you might expect but not under normal to light use and taken very well care of it. I think it's unfortunate that they don't stand by their products. I think this is a terrible business model and I will forever take my business elsewhere. This is an absolute joke.

I absolutely love this place!! I've been on an "antiquing" hunt lately, and was looking for places…read morenear by. I am not afraid to DIY anything, so I love looking around at places. Well, I decided to come on yelp and look some places up. Restore Habitat for Humanity (the manville one and freehold one- but people were saying that's a high priced location) kept popping up. My friends have told me about it, but I've never really looked into it. I figured I wasn't doing anything the next day, that I wanted to check it out. That night, I actually found their Facebook page and was scrolling along... when all of a sudden I saw that the Somerset Patriots have donated furniture from their lounges. I saw that they had donated 54 bar stools, along with other things. Me and my husband are renovating our basement right now, and are putting a bar in. We have a pool table, and were in the market for 5 bar stools for our bar. I saw them on the Facebook page, I had to go and see if they were still there!! **we didn't need them yet, so I was just going to "look" lol ** The next day, I ended up driving the 30 minutes to Manville. When I first got in, it was packed (went around lunch time.) I walked quickly around the store to see if I could find them, and I couldn't. I figured let me do another lap around maybe i skimmed passed it real quick, and sure enough I found 2. Only 2. I sat in them and instantly loved them, but was sad there were only 2. I was looking around for an employee to ask if they had more, but I figured they were all gone. I was heartbroken.. especially because they were ONLY $50. I drove all the way home, just thinking about these chairs. They would have gone PERFECT with my pool table. When I got home, I went on their Facebook to see exactly how many they got in. It was a week prior since they posted their post, and said that the patriots donated 54 stools. There's no way they could have sold that many in a week, right!?? I decided to shoot my shot and message them. After the message went through, I got an automatic response from the page. Oh great, well that's not gonna go anywhere. About an hour later, I noticed someone responded. I asked if they had any more by chance, and the kind gentleman said they do, they are just in storage right now hoping to bring them by the store soon. I asked him when he was planning on having them over there, because I needed 5. He asked me if he wanted me to hold them for me, and I said yes!! About 40 min go by, and he had responded they are at the store and if I could pick them up that day. I said I'll see you in 30min!! I took my husbands truck back to Manville, and went up front by the registers. The man put "sold" tape on about 15 of the chairs, and told me to pick the best 5 I wanted and they were mine! They had some normal scratches on them, but the leather was fine! When I got them home, I touched them up with furniture markers and leather cleaner, and they look brand spanking new!! Everyone I tell about them think I bought them brand new. Long story short, after the discounts I got taken off, I was able to walk away with 5 quality bar stools for only $186!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!! Stools like these go for $150.. EACH (or even more)!! And I just got 5 for $186???!!!! You've gotta be kidding me!! What a steal!!!! Prices are extremely reasonable here (i know everyone has a different range of 'reasonable' but it really is). And it makes me feel good that I spent money here and it's going to a great cause. I ended up going back a week later to buy a thrifted painting to do the viral "ghost painting" trend. I will for sure be back!! The volunteers are great!!
