What a refreshing and pleasant shopping experience! I came in during the Labor Day sale and most mattresses were on sale with great discounts! Like 50% off! We were shopping for a full size mattress for our granddaughter and Said did a wonderful job of assisting us. She was able to crawl on and lay on a bunch of various mattresses and she liked them all! Especially the adjustable base model that is out of our budget. But we settled on a 10" foam mattress. Said mentioned that this was the last one in stock. We decided to buy it and then also purchased a bunkie board (instead of a box spring). We had room in our vehicle for the mattress because it came compressed in a box. The bunkie board was scheduled for FREE delivery the following afternoon. They call it Red Carpet delivery service and it truly was spectacular! Lots of great communication every step of the way. I received a text and a phone call letting me know when the two hour delivery window would be. Then the same 2 layer communication right before the two hour window saying they were on their way. The delivery of the bunkie board was right on schedule. My granddaughter loves her mattress! read more

I don't care about what your policy is, or what we "should have known" but being told one thing during a sale only to find out it wasn't true after my purchase really makes my skin crawl. Sure the salesman was very convincing and seemed knowledgeable, but then totally dropped the ball when he decided to be clandestinely vague. Why go through all the trouble to go SO far with the sale only to end it on a bad note? All that trouble and for what? I would have bought the bed anyway, so there was no point in being dishonest. Trust your clients so we can trust you. I will never be back. read more

The staff are all wearing masks very attentive and informative. Cory the store manager took great care of us. Literally the easiest stop all day. Update - I had to make alot of noise to get a replacement mattress last year. Immediate denial the first time and way to much back and forth. Three months later same issue with the replacement mattress. Looks like a 500 lb person has been laying right in the middle of the matress. I sink a good 8 inches when I lay down in the middle. It is obvious just looking at it there is a huge depression in the middle. These mattresses are junk. At this point I want a refund. No reponse from MF yet. We'll see. In the meantime, please save yourself the trouble, go elsewhere. read more

I purchased an adjustable frame $1700, it sounds like it's going to explode, I called to exercise my "2 year warranty, they can't help without the serial number which is scratched off the remote and looks like it's used! they suggested me getting under the bed to see if I can find it, I'm an older lady and just had surgery and can't get on the floor much less under a bed. read more

I have never been this disappointment before. I came to this location today wish to buy a mattress. First of all, a sleeping expert came to me and start introduce me some kinda of mattress, after i told him my budget is within $500, he passed me to another person when there is new customers came in the store. The second expert was trying to pass me to the third after i tried a couple mattresses(there is someone new came in to the store AGAIN). Finally i decided to buy one of their mattress and we were sitting down and talking about delivery options. Certainly, he stand up and walked toward someone who just walked in the store and never came back to finish the conversation with me. So i just left. For people who wants to go there and buy a mattress, DON'T. There are three people who work there, I never had the chance to speak to the third person. However, the first two gave me really bad experience. I would never come back again to this location!!!! read more

My wife and I were in the market for a new mattress and decided to try a few places in Plano including Mattress Firm, Sleep Experts, Mattress HQ and a few others. On Friday we wanted to go retry some mattresses but everywhere was closed except Mattress Firm. The sales guy, Mike, listened to our requirements and our budget and proceeded to show us a number of mattresses. It's a bit of a challenge because my wife needs a bit of a softer bed whereas I need something firmer. He showed us what was in our price range, and if there was something out of it, he would let us know first. We finally found one that seemed comfortable for both of us and we spent about 15 minutes on the bed to see how it felt. Never during this time were we felt pressured to purchase anything and never did it feel like we were being a nuisance trying all these beds. Mike is very knowledgeable about his mattresses and was able to give me pro's and con's when I asked about them. A mattress isn't going to be the biggest purchase you ever make, but it's something you're going to live with for the next 8-10 years. There is a sleep guarantee ($140 I think it was to change your mattress if you don't like it). Make sure you spend plenty of time on the mattress before putting down your hard earned cash. Overall, good buying experience. Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Store was a big bright and not as relaxing as Sleep Experts and I think delivery charge of $80 is a bit steep, tho I did get a nice freebie which makes up for it. If you're in the market for a new place to park your body at night, I'd highly recommend the Mattress Firm on US75 in Plano as one of your stops. read more

I had a mishap in which the delivery men didn't handle my frame situation so well so upon writing a review I asked to be contacted by a manager and was contacted within the same day. They apologized and asked to fix the situation within the week and did so. The delivery men we're late but as they did the set up VERY quickly so that made up for it. These folks are awesome. Purchased a mattress and box spring to be delivered for my daughter in Stillwater, OK. The day before it was to be delivered, my wife and daughter called and decided we needed a full instead of a twin set. can't remember the guys name that helped me, but he checked for inventory and then called the warehouse in Oklahoma City, to confirm the change had been made. The set was delivered when they said it would, and the delivery folks carried up up four flights of stairs and an additional set in the apartment. They went above and beyond on this one. read more
