    Had to return some gifts unfortunately. I had a hard time finding a cashier,found one in the jewelry department.Of course some other customers were in front of me and the sales person was very very slow.They have a lot of great merchandise but the process of returning and even purchasing is very hard and frustrating because they don't have enough cashiers.

    A cross between a TJ Maxx and JCPenney this store has the goods. It's very spread out where your not trying to fit down isles with a cart. They have clothes and merchandise and even a bargain area all in it's own separate area like a mini store . As seen on TV items and furniture. Anything you would need except groceries can be found here ,lol. It is very clean and the customer service is great . Always someone walking around to assist you.

    DO NOT PURCHASE from them online! THey cut down boxes and when the items arrive damaged, tell you you have to wait for a refund or re-shipment of your until they receive a claim reimbursement from Fedex. THERE will be none, as they damaged the integrity of the box! The cusotmer service also called me a liar, saying they NEVER cut down their boxes, even though I sent in pictures proving they do! Completely messed up my Valentine order. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, you will be sorry!

    I visited Boscov's during its grand opening weekend. This was the first time I had ever been to a Boscov's store and I was impressed with the selection of items and the cheap prices! This store is a much needed boost to the Meriden Square Mall which I hadn't been to in ages because so many stores had left the mall. Boscov's is a brightly lit store and well-laid out store, which is much nicer than the JCPenney that previously occupied the space. One of my favorite things is that they made homemade fudge in the store. As you get closer to the fudge counter, you can smell the fresh fudge being made wafting in the store. We got the red velvet, cookies and cream and maple fudge. The fudge was delicious! We also had a chance to meet Mr. Boscov during the opening weekend and chat with him for a bit and he was very friendly. One downside is the cash registers they currently have in the store. You can't see the prices as the items are being rung up because there is no screen facing the customers. We had bought so many items and couldn't see the prices as they were being rung up for each item that we didn't realize until we got back home that one of the items had rung up at the wrong price. We called the store, but they said they couldn't do anything over the phone and we had to come back to the store to resolve it, which was a bit of an inconvenience considering it was their error that the item rung up at the wrong price. Also, while they have carts to use while shopping in the store, you have to take the elevator to switch floors with your cart. This resulted in a long line for the elevator. I hope in the future that they would install an escalator for the carts that some stores have so you can quickly change floors in the store without having to wait in the elevator line. However, despite these minor issues, overall the store associates were very friendly and the store had a good selection and competitive prices.

    I went there with a friend. I was so Surprised such nice stuff at good prices. I like to do my Christmas shopping there this year.

The item is a $30 pair of pants. As the return was happening I wrote on my phone and secretly showed the person at the register the situation and that I wanted to repurchase it for her later. She nodded and I gave her my name as we left. As soon as I got out of her car to go home I called and gave more info to have them hold until tomorrow morning when I could again. They told me they would not hold it over night due to their policy. Okay. I knew the policy cause it's been like that forever. I've also seen them wave it many times. Multiple friends over the years have worked here and has shared plenty of stories. I've also worked in stores with the same policy myself and there are always exceptions. I try to talk with the manager to ask if they could at all even until opening tomorrow and just kept coldly saying no. They told me I can come tomorrow and just buy it again as if it was so obvious. I explained how I don't know what the item was. My mother bought it and returned it and I never saw her try it on. So they said I could have it "described" to me so I could find it after. I ended up having to ask someone to drive me back out just for these pants because I wanted to do something kind for my mom. So from a business perspective 10/10 upholding a policy. As a person trying to do a nice thing where it result in a purchase and communicating with a business 4/10. Tact from manager and delivery of words chosen 1/10. Making my mom happy buying the pair of pants she gave up to pay bills with no job? Priceless. The manager was Jonathan btw and when I got there turns out they tried to describe a completely different pair. So they also just would have had me buy a totally different pair.

To top this, their clothing is all over the floor, or had been at one point. I went to purchase a pair of pants, they were extremely dirty, I'm talking visible dirt all over. I asked for a discount on the pants and was told that because the pants are "machine washable" I should go home and wash them, if the dirt doesn't come out, then I can return them, otherwise they don't offer a discount.

    Since a lot of local pharmacies have recently closed, I went to Walmart to pick up my medications…read moreyesterday after receiving a text notification that the prescription was sent in by my provider. The pharmacy technician was kind, but the interaction I had with the pharmacist ended up being like nothing I've ever experienced. After explaining that I do have insurance but that I often can pay a lower price for my medications using an Rx coupon card, my information was run through the system. The pharmacist asked me to come to the window, explaining that despite using the discount card in place of insurance, my insurance card was still required. I provided the insurance card immediately and the pharmacist kept it in hand for the next few minutes. I was called to the window again by the pharmacist where she explained that one of my prescriptions was sent to Rite Aid as well. I explained to her that yes, my provider initially sent my prescription to Rite Aid, but since the store is closing, they notified me via phone that they would be unable to refill the prescription. Therefore, my doctor sent the prescription to Walmart instead. After I explained the situation, she understood. I have NO clue what caused this, but here comes the ludicrous behavior -- The pharmacist returned to the counter, called me over, handed me my insurance card back, and said "So...I just wanted to let you know I will not be refilling your prescription here today". I asked her if she could explain to me why so I'd be aware of any issue that might be a barrier to refilling my prescription at a different pharmacy. The pharmacist grew agitated and said "I'm not refilling your script because you're not being truthful! You're not telling the truth!". I asked her what i hadn't been truthful about. She said "you LIED, you said you didn't have insurance and you DO". I paused, genuinely confused, and said "...but you JUST handed me back my insurance card. I told you and the pharmacy technician that I have insurance, just that my medication is more affordable with the coupon code I've been using (for 3+ YEARS) at my previous pharmacy)". She waved her arms in the air at me and started to walk away. I asked her again, "Just to clarify, you're not going to refill my medication because you said i wasn't truthful about having insurance, but you just handed me back my insurance card that I gave to you to input the information?". The pharmacist said "you LIED you said you didn't have insurance and that's why I'm not refilling your prescription here today or EVER. Find another pharmacy". I'm sitting here still feeling baffled at the experience I had with this pharmacist. I've ran through it a few times in my head and still don't understand where the accusations came from claiming i lied about having insurance. I also have no idea where this woman's hostility came from. My medication was due for refill, I arrived to pick up the medication after it was sent over by my doctor, and was shouted at with false accusations continually (despite me maintaining my patience and not returning the aggression). I understand we all have bad days, but this pharmacist's behavior was completely unacceptable and caused absolute disgust within my doctor's office when i told them what happened, as well as some of her coworkers who had a visual reaction to her behavior. I will NEVER go to this pharmacy again and I hope no one has to deal with this woman in this way ever again either. If a medical provider is prescribing a patient their medication, the patient should NOT face accusations, judgement, or dismissal from the person whose job it is to dispense the medication. I'm so disgusted and I hope no one ever has an encounter like this, but please be cautious with this pharmacy if you're looking to find a new one - would NOT recommend....

    What I like about Walmart is they have a huge selection of merchandise, and whatever I buy is…read morecheaper than other stores I would shop at. Their return policies are great, and I never had a problem with my returns. Being a Supercenter they are also a grocery store where you can always find bargains. I have also done online shopping at Walmart with no issues. It's basically one stop shopping with huge savings.

I contacted kohls on FB I told them I was upset and I have every right to be I paid full price for a USED PRODUCT. I told them I had to use it in a timely manner they were already closed so I washed it picked all the dried up apple off of it and used it. they told me to return it to the store. I was in the area and decided to stop at this location to use Kohls cash that I racked up from an online purchase. The reason I give it 2 stars is although it was the best organized (least messy) Kohls I've been too of the 3 in the area, it also was the most empty. Literally every piece of clothing I was interested in was missing in most of the desired sizes for me it was L or 32 waist product. Jogging pants in that size, gone. Their Tek Gear line was bear. When I gave up on myself and decided to use the Kohls cash for my wife for Christmas they had nothing in her size for active wear (she is a dance teacher). This is IN SEASON stuff we are talking about and it was missing. When I went to checkout the the associate assigned to a register was wondering off to find a size for a woman on the display but not available. Great customer service BUT not when the lines are long as it is. They need some of other members of the staff to be handling those to keep the flow for checkout. I cant just blame this store though as this is one of the downfall of my Kohls experience and it has happened even prior to COVID. I left after 45 minutes of looking with something that I'm not sure if my wife will like but it was the best i could find for what was available for the size.
