He ordered it, delivered it and removed our old set. He was friendly, professional, helpful, and not trying to "sell" us. I appreciated that so much. Other stores were only interested in selling something. Adam brought customer service as well as a great mattress. And the price was within our budget!! The mattress industry really earned a greasy reputation over the years. The salesman at Sleep Outfitters changed my view. Buying a mattress and foundation from here is like shopping at an Apple Store. We only had a few minor hiccups on installation (see details below). However, based on my overall experience, I did not deduct any stars. An interesting point, I was not looking to shop at Sleep Outfitters. I was actually looking for another store and went in there by mistake. I never did make it to another store. PLUS, they take proper COVID precautions and we do not shop anywhere that does not take (through real actions) the pandemic seriously. The sales people were fantastic and patient as we explored going between a hybrid mattress with an adjustable foundation (base). As we just hit our 50's, w found a need to really invest in a solid solution to improve our sleep. They were not pushy and understood that I would not be making a $6,000 plus decision on an impulse and would need to sleep on it. Knowing that, they were still incredibly helpful. The store is very low frustration, well organized, and is like shopping very high end. The only issue we hit was with the installation. Delivery was very fast at just two days. However, when installing our tempur ergo base, the delivery team 1) did not screw in the legs all the way, 2) did not really fit the base within the frame appropriately (my opinion), and 3) did not fully install one of the under bed lights (different color temperature and left it hanging). The tech support from the store was great (thank you Austin) as he got me additional legs immediately. I managed to fit the bed better within the frame myself and I still need to resolve the under-bed light issue after I read the manual and do some research. Minor issues really. Just be on the lookout during installation. Overall 5 stars for sales, delivery, and post installation support. As an FYI, I do not personally know anyone who works at this store or for the company.

We wanted a sleeper sofa. She tells us what Rooms to Go had to offer. The purple tags were available in sleepers. That was good to know. Then she let us shop around. There was no pressure to buy a package etc. We went around looking at the show room. My wife and I sat on them to test them out. Once we found what we wanted, Shannon took our payment. As for the delivery, we choose a date and time. We were told about the notification options. We got a bunch of SMS notifications, which was good! I was informed of a phone call, but didn't receive one. No matter there was a website to monitor the status of my delivery. Just like UPS or an Amazon delivery. The delivery guys were cool and professional. They delivered the couch I wanted and at the time I had scheduled. What looks pretty on the outside doesn't necessary looks good on the inside. The reason why I gave it three stars was the couch build and it's quality. The frame was made out of cheap foam and what looks like ply wood. Hopefully for the price, it will will last longer than the other people in their reviews. For the price I paid, I would've assumed better quality. I will try another place in the future. **One star -- beautiful expensive bed, unacceptable support system, and no meaningful help from…read moreRooms To Go** We purchased the **King Size Mill Valley II Sleigh Bedroom with Storage** from Rooms To Go. At first, we were happy with it. It looks nice, the storage pieces are substantial, and the headboard, drawers, and visible parts of the bed feel like a quality product. Unfortunately, the support system -- arguably the most important part of any bed -- has been a major disappointment. The center support legs under the bed have hard plastic feet, and on our hard-surface flooring they slide, lean, and fail to provide stable support. The bed no longer feels safe or reliable to use. A Rooms To Go technician came out and was professional and courteous, and I appreciated his time. But the explanation we received was basically that the bed's support system works better on carpet and that the issue is the plastic support feet sliding on our hard floor. That answer is pretty astonishing. Hardwood, laminate, and other hard-surface floors are extremely common in normal homes. It's hard to believe that the intended design of an expensive bed is for the center support system not to function properly unless the bed is sitting on carpet. To be clear, I understand there are workarounds. I can add rubber pads under the feet, put the bed on a rug, or buy aftermarket support legs or other third-party solutions. In fact, that's probably what I'll end up doing. The issue is that I don't think I should have to modify or supplement the support system of a brand-new, expensive bed just to make it function properly on a common type of flooring. Rooms To Go told us this wasn't covered by warranty because the bed is considered to be up to the manufacturer's standards. They also said they don't offer a non-slip support solution and suggested we look online for a third-party product. In other words, we bought an expensive bed, the center support system failed to perform reliably on common flooring, and Rooms To Go's answer was basically that we need to solve the problem ourselves. The most frustrating part is that the rest of the bed seems decent. The problem is that the hidden support system is completely inconsistent with the otherwise quality appearance and price of the bed. A bed can look great, but if the support system is poorly designed or unreliable, that's a serious problem. Based on this experience: 1. I definitely wouldn't recommend the King Size Mill Valley II Sleigh Bedroom with Storage. 2. I wouldn't recommend Rooms To Go if you expect the company to stand behind an expensive furniture purchase when you actually need help. 3. For anyone buying their first expensive bed: Inspect the slats, support feet, center beam, and support legs. Make sure the bed is actually supported in a way that makes sense for your flooring. We wish we'd known to check that before buying. The technician and chat representatives were polite. My criticism is with Rooms To Go as a company and with the quality/design of this bed's support system. My wife and I won't do business with the company again.

They have minimized my back and hip pain which in turn has led to a much better nights sleep. However, the sheets (Sleepys Cool Stretch) are a problem. Both sets have a fitted sheet that extends a good 6-8 inches beyond the edge of the mattress on both the length and width. The flat sheets are ridiculously wide, but I can tuck away the extra TWO FEET of material and deal with that. One would think that a full fitted sheet would be sized to fit a full sized mattress. The mattresses deserve 5 stars, but the sheets 1 star.
