They offered me a free up grade that could be delivered within 3 days, the upgrade they promised did not arrive but this piece of junk came "Serta Perfect Sleeper Charlotte 11.5" Medium Plush Euro Top Mattress Queen Size" and it was used! they replaced it with a new one of the same mattress and within 2 weeks it was completely smashed and dipped in. I went round and round with customer service and they refused to replace it unless i paid for a restocking fee, upgrade fee and delivery fee. I replaced it with a mattress from another company and took this piece of junk to the dump, They are a rip off, look at the consumer affairs reviews for the real deal on them.

Salesperson suggested I keep trying it out even though I'd tried it for over 21 days. Compare prices with other companies who will back their products. They don't. They offer their "free 120 day trial" which is a scam where they charge you return fees, plus restocking fees, etc. They'll deliver within 1-2 days but when you tell them to come and pick it up, they make excuses and I still have a mattress that I'm not going to purchase after one month in my home. Disreputable company and salespeople.

SALESPERSON WASN'T HAVING HIS BEST DAY…read more.. So.. I bought a couch from the same salesperson a couple of months earlier and it's was a pleasant experience. So when I returned to the store to browse for dining chairs to my custom made table I was assuming this to be a similar experience. It was not. Granted, none of the chairs in the store worked for the table color-wise, I was starting to think that maybe if I went with a chair that I liked shape-wise, i could maybe refinish it to achieve the look / color scheme (provided the chair was solid wood and not a veneer). When I asked the salesperson if a particular chair was indeed a solid wood chair (cause I was considering maybe refinishing it in a different color as I liked the shape of it and it was super heavy) he basically straightaway descended into "well I can't tell u if you can refinish it or not I'm not a specialist". Duh... This reaction amused me at first - obv I was not asking his advice on whether or not I should refinish the chair. I was simply asking if it was made of solid wood (since the description provided in store wasn't mentioning anything about the origin of the chair or its material). Normally it's easy to tell solid wood from veneer but this chair was very heavy and the back was curved and seemed to be cut from one piece of wood yet it was cheap - so naturally I had my doubts and wanted to find out. Surely that's not a crazy question to ask a salesperson of a store selling the chairs?? He did look it up for me (finally) on his magic tablet after being clearly annoyed at me for asking. He pulled up a description that stated it was a combo of solids and veneer. Which is fair enough. But then he added "well it's not like I have the time to dissect a $125 chair". WOW. So he was all "best friend vibes" when I was buying a pricey couch but not so much when I was interested in a $125 dining chair (which, to its credit, was looking way more expensive and substantial than the price would suggest). I don't know if he had some sort of personal issue today (I mean - nobody LOVES working Sundays) but I can tell u that being "scolded" in front of other customers was not on my bingo card this morning when i ventured to the store to check some chairs. Obv this is not something earth-shattering and I'm sure he's very nice on the other 364 days but I think he'd temporarily forgotten that his actual job as a salesman is to answer questions about the products displayed in store. I understand customers are annoying but that's the name of the game if you are in retail. I didn't any to be looking for chairs either on a Sunday but here we all are hehe. I hope he reads this review and learns from it. This kind of attitude is just bad for business (me thinks). He could have sold me a bunch of stuff today had he remembered an old saying that goes something like this: "you get more with honey than with vinegar". Have a blessed Sunday y'all!

The first one caused severe back pain so it was traded in. The second one we have had less than 3 years and are now in the process of having to spend $800 to have the cushions replaced. We knew exactly what we wanted, we were in and out in less than 30 minutes at a price I was comfortable with for brand new Frigidaire Refrigerator and Frigidaire Range. Easy money. Thank goodness we bought the extended warranty on the Refrigerator. Now, mind you, it is working great thus far! The issue was the delivery. It took three tries for them to get it installed. When I called Josh, he had no idea, nor did he follow up with me which would have been a great personal touch! He was in the loop because I kept him there. We had food perish as we had no refrigerator for almost three days. I used the warranty to replace around $63 of food. When we received payment , Jetsons refunded the warranty amount which leads me to believe we no longer have an extended warranty, ha! I'm cool with that because honestly I would rather deal with another repair service than use Jetsons for any other reason. You can trust me, It really happened. ;D

If you want a repairman to look at your brand-new, deficient stove, be prepared to eat out for a week or two. We will never buy from Jetson again.
