I was greeted by Adam's lovely wife who said Adam would be with me momentarily. Adam and his team then arranged for me to try the several mattresses in which I was interested, before I decided on the Purple Restore Premium. The experience from start to finish was superb -- and I truly felt like a valued customer throughout. This was followed by prompt and perfect delivery the next day -- we couldn't be happier. I'll take the superior expertise and service, coupled with pricing that can't be beat, over the large chains and their fancy showrooms. Not to mention how nice it is to experience the old-fashioned family owned business where the customer comes first. Mattress Joint is now our one-stop destination when we need a new mattress.

I like how they offer items in a category of threes: Good, Better and the Best. Our saleslady, Natalie, was an angel! She was friendly and very helpful. Not only that, she was very knowledgeable about every product that we had questions about. She helped us figure out the best items for our needs. We felt very comfortable working with her. She was amazing! Last evening, while we were there, a really bad thunderstorm came on. Luckily, the parking was right in front of the store and we ran to our car. I recently went there to purchase just a bed (mattress, box and bedframe) George only showed me one style & was very dismissive to any further interactions. I'm not sure if the guy was racist or solely about business & nothing else, but he made me feel as if he didn't want to hear about my experience of any kind... he just wanted my money & me out of his store immediately after our business transaction. Oddly enough, when the alleged new bed arrived there was a rip in it as well as a countless amount of strings from the stitches of the mattress sticking out everywhere (I took pictures as well as a video). Thank you ladies for sharing your fantastic experiences; and this is just another reason why I love Yelp so much. I trust my friends opinions & I knew if they had great experiences then chances are extremely high that I would have a positive experience too. I called the store & spoke with both Jose and his manager Caroline. After explaining my situation, both of them rolled up their sleeves and made next day delivery happen. They called the warehouse and had my Saturday delivery moved up to Friday. I called them late afternoon on Thursday and delivery was moved up again to an early morning drop off. The window they originally gave me was 9am-3pm. Imagine my surprise when my phone rang at 7:15am the next morning and the driver said he will be there between 8-9:30am!!! We purchased a Simmons Beautyrest mattress and boxspring set. The price was a little high but when you factor in the free delivery, it all balanced out. We also bought a mattress cover which was fairly priced. They were kind enough to waive the $29 removal fee too. Jose and Caroline are rock stars in my book. I did the transaction over the phone and they made it so easy. I was told delivery went well with no hiccups. The driver also called me to let me know he arrived and I also received an automated text once delivery was made. Something I appreciated was I never had to question the delivery status. The line of communication was open from start to finish; text, emails, phone calls; you name it & they had it covered. Hands down, this was a great experience. Jose and Caroline are true professionals and their level of customer service was top notch. I am blown away by their motivation to expedite everything and incredibly thankful for their help. She was so helpful and provided a lot of honest and useful information. My Mom had a great experience here so I knew I would come here too when I needed a mattress. The showroom is so open and airy. It is not like some of the other mattress places where it is very cluttered. The showroom at City Mattress is very modern.
