The owner Adam already had provided me with very helpful information, such that I was almost certain I knew what I wanted before I arrived. I was greeted by Adam's lovely wife who said Adam would be with me momentarily. Adam and his team then arranged for me to try the several mattresses in which I was interested, before I decided on the Purple Restore Premium. The experience from start to finish was superb -- and I truly felt like a valued customer throughout. This was followed by prompt and perfect delivery the next day -- we couldn't be happier. I'll take the superior expertise and service, coupled with pricing that can't be beat, over the large chains and their fancy showrooms. Let's face it, mattress shopping is a total crap shoot, even if you think you know what you want, in your heart you know it might not work out. And the prices. Holy Moly what is up with that? Payment plans? Seriously? So when I saw the Yelp reviews for Mattress Joint it seemed a bit too good to be true. Fortunately for me I can now add to the five star reviews. Adam and his wife are wonderful. The perfect combo of knowledge, patience, and lack of greed. It took a couple trips but we went home with a set of Tempur-pedic for our adjustable bed that turned out to be just what we needed for much less than what they would have cost at a brand name store and about what I was looking at for random brands on Amazon. So back away from pressing the mattress in a box button and head to Mattress Joint. Tip- check in on Yelp, when you are there, you might get a nice surprise. Five Stars! read more

There is a reason almost all the reviews are 5 star reviews. I didn't bother to read the one 4 star, I'll just guess that person doesn't get how 5 stars work lol. Anyway, I can't say enough nice things about this place. Adam, the owner, is super easy to work with. I had done my research, and the leg work myself before even reaching out to them. I had gone in and tried various mattresses in Mattress firm so I could get a feel for them before heading his way. I suggest everyone do this as his place saves you money partially because he doesn't have a giant showroom floor with 100 different beds set up to spend money on. So, go check out the ones you think you're interested in at the big box stores. Then, give him a call with the ones you've narrowed down. once you've picked the best deal, swing by his place, he'll get the mattress for you if you want to try it one more time and then bing bang boom you make the deal and save a ton. I had an issue, but, it wasn't their issue. I tried a comparable tempur pedic mattress in the store, but, the one he had that was close to what I wanted was a version made by tempur pedic for costco. So, I didn't get to try that one out. So, when I got there to his place, he got it ready for me, I did a quick lay down test and we did the paperwork. problem was, because it's hot out and hot in the area where the mattresses are, the foam reacts differently. So, I sank into the bed like I wanted. Problem came later that day (yes, we were able to get same day delivery) we got everything set up. His delivery guys were very nice, quick and clean. They got it setup and later that night we went to sleep on it. It was not as soft as it was in the warehouse. The foam softens in a warm environment, but the house is not that environment lol. I gave it a night, then I gave it a second night. Both nights I woke up in the middle of the nigh with that feeling of, ugh, I think I made a mistake and I can't be stuck on a bed that's not comfortable for me. So, I called Adam and explained my situation. I asked what, if anything, we could do about it. He mentioned how at the stores a bunch of people have tested out those beds that have likely been on the display floor a while, so they don't always have the same feel. So he gave me an option for another model of Tempurpedic. The price difference was fair considering I have to have a crew come back down to deliver another mattress and remove the current mattress. So, to boil it down to the part that might interest you the most, the prices. I priced out the Tempurpedic Luxe Adapt king size mattress and the adjustable base. Most places will charge between $7,698 to maybe $8,198 Mattress Joint came in at $2,950 (and that's with both deliveries (the original and the swap out one) plus it covered removing the old bed and box spring. I will haggle in most of the places I go to, because that's the new yorker in me. However, I will say this... Don't bother haggling. He's going to give you a great deal, it's not worth nickel and diming to save $20 or $50 you're already saving a ton, don't be that person. also, keeping in mind that he and his wife are a mom and pop place, consider paying cash. It saves the businesses on having to pay credit card processing fees (even if the card is linked to your bank account) They're saving you a bunch already return the favor and let them save by not paying processing fees. read more

I want to update my previous review of Mattress Joint. Adam, the owner, is one of the nicest people I've ever done business with. He is fully committed to giving his customers the best prices imaginable. My wife, Diane, and I needed two new beds. So we visited Adam at the Mattress Joint. He again gave us a superb deal on beautiful top of the line beds. His crew delivered and set up the beds flawlessly. They are gorgeous, superbly comfortable, sturdy beds. The bed I bought from Adam is still as wonderful as the day it arrived in 2017. If you buy a bed from anywhere but Mattress Joint, you are wasting your money. Adam and Wendy are great. I priced my top of the line Tempurpedic mattress from four different mattress stores. I was quoted list prize $6,300.00 Adam quoted us the same mattress with over $3,000.00 savings. I think that is a win. Two days later my mattress was hand delivered and his men took the old beds at no charge. They even provided a new mattress cover at no charge. Buying a bed is as stressful as buying a car. Talk about great service! Got my mattress from Mattress Joint because everyone raved and ranted about this being the best place to get a great mattress. THEY WERE NOT WRONG. I went in Friday of last week and got my mattress delivered Monday Morning. Delivery was quick and easy, guys who delivered were friendly and extremely time efficient, just like the process of picking one out. Chapter seven, the final chapter, in my search for a new mattress. We had been to several stores and tried several mattresses. Clyde liked a little firmer mattress, I liked a little softer. We decided to get medium. We wanted a mattress that was comfortable, durable, affordable, with at least a ten year warranty. I was still trying to find the perfect mattress when I got a message from Yelper Colleen R. She had been following my reviews on Yelp. She said that her experience might be helpful. She had purchased a mattress from Macy's that she returned. She eventually bought her mattress at Mattress Joint for an unbelievably reasonable price. I checked the Yelp reviews for Mattress Joint and they were mostly five stars. I called Mattress Joint and spoke to Adam, the owner. He asked what kind of mattress I wanted. I told him I wanted a good quality, king size, medium firmness mattress. Mattress Joint was smaller then the other stores we'd gone to. There was an outer office and warehouse in the back. Rows of mattresses were stacked to the ceiling. Adam had pulled several mattress for us to try. After laying down on several we found a mattress that we both liked. It was sitting on an adjustable frame. We didn't have to buy the adjustable frame. We could buy just the mattress which came with a standard base. Adam showed us how the adjustable frame worked. Head up, feet up, I was in love. We hadn't considered adjustable frames because they were so expensive, especially for a king. We bought that mattress and the price was so reasonable that we could afford to buy the adjustable frame also. The adjustable frame had to be ordered and it took a few days to come in. Our new bed with the frame was delivered within a week. Three men set up the new bed, showed us how to work the remote control, and took the old bed away. Delivery was included in the price. The new mattress is made by a company named Genesis. I checked out the company with Consumer Affairs and didn't find any complaints. It's a king size mattress, all foam, 14 inch ht, has cooling beads to keep you cool, and has a 10 year warranty. The one piece king size frame has a remote control that raises the head and the legs. The foundation also includes a massage feature, a light underneath, and two ports to charge cell phones. The frame has a 20 year warranty. All this cost me less then just the mattress at most other places. Clyde and I checked in on Yelp and we each got another $50 off. I'm happy wth my new mattress. I found their mattresses on offerup.com and contacted the owner. He was quick to respond with information. I had gone to multiple furniture and mattress stores so I had narrowed down my options. I went to the Mattress Joint on a weekday around 4pm. They move the mattresses around so you may try them out. It is a large warehouse....no fancy showroom here. The prices are MUCH LOWER than you find at other stores. I am not sure how they do it! (maybe selling returned/unused mattresses?) I bought the Serta Icomfort Prodigy for $700. At other stores it was $1800. The owner was knowledgeable about the different features of each mattress. He made recommendations based on me being a side sleeper. He does not do high pressure sales. To set up delivery, I text the owner on a Friday night to request a delivery from 8:30-10:30 am on Saturday. He promptly confirmed via text and the delivery man showed up at 10:15 am. I was extremely pleased with my experience. I wish I would have known they were on yelp with a yelp check in offer. I was just so surprised the price was only $700 compared to other store's pricing of $1800 that I didn't bother to negotiate or find a deal! They offer all major brands. read more

I too was referred by a colleague/friend. This place was exactly what others have already said before. I needed to get two mattresses and was expecting to pay a lot. However, when the owner quoted a price for the mattresses, my mouth just about dropped to the floor and I had to repeat the offer back to him a couple of times just to make sure I heard correctly. No high pressure sales, just honest, hard working great young men with a lot of knowledge on their products.
