If you don't want to get scammed, don't shop at this place. They sold a mattress with a "10 year warranty". within a short time it sagged. We called repeatedly for them to replace it. When they finally did, they replaced it with a cheap, saggy, poorly constructed version. Instead of the 100% latex version we had, they gave us a 3% latex topper over a crappy mattress. Poor customer service, poor follow-up, poor effort to follow through on the mattress warranty. Don't buy from this place! you will regret it! read more

Ikea who? I found these xperts on Yelp and called about a chair that I saw in their website. I just moved from Boston & needed this awesome chair to add some spice to my new apartment. I talked with Bob who helped me with my order. He nice & humorous. The chair came today & was delivered by Jordan & another friendly guy( didn't catch his name) and I am so pleased with my purchase. After writing my review I was checking my credit card statements and realized that the credit they gave me never went through. My son was with me the evening that I went in to cancel the order. He saw the guy ask for my credit card in order to issue me a credit. I made the purchase June 26th and it was cancelled a few weeks later in July. The credit did not show on my August or September statement. I have not heard from the company regarding the credit. I had to open a dispute with American Express. It is supposed to be processed in the next 24 to 48 hours. I am thankful that the amount has now been credited to my American Express. I wish Mattress Xperts all the best in the future. Ask for Pauly. Relatively new Mattress Store filled with alumni of the industry. Ask for Pauly for exceptional service. Pauly is great- knows his mattresses,options and understands people's sleep styles. This is their "flagship" location (read: first and only at the moment, although more are planned). Both Pauly and the manager worked at another mattress company that was bought out last year. I was surprised and pleased when I recognized them here when I accompanied my neighbor mattress shopping a month ago. This location has all the major brands: Tempurpedic, Memory Foam, Sealy and (my favorite) LATEX BLISS. They have several comfort levels so you can test the beds in stages, progressively getting firmer or cushier at your preference. They tend to toss in a couple of pillows and a mattress cover as "freebies" when they think you are buying a mattress. Ironically, every person I have been here with has never chosen the same pillow, yet our sales associate or manager ALWAYS inevitably exclaims, "That's the most expensive pillow we have!! But ok, we'll throw it in." Do they not know I hear them say that to everyone (including ME when I bought ours months ago)??? Our neighbor did use the free exchange program and Pauly was great about it. No hassles, they didn't try to overprice the second mattress in order to keep her money. In fact, she received a sizeable refund when she exchanged for a mattress that cost less. Quite happy with this location. Will continue to bring people here and recommend this location. read more

The sales person Peter Perrault manipulated me to purchase this mattress and never provided me with refund policy in writing. He sad and promises me I could return or exchange 120 days. And he lied to me The refund policy that states if the mattress protetor is not purchased with mattress , then the mattress is not refundable . And on his computer he had the note I denay to purchase That protector. I spend a total of 3,363.67 on the mattress and of course I could spent $ 100 to buy protector if knew without protector the City Furniture not going to return.I went to the store after four days I purchased the mattress and he wasn't in the store ignoring my calls. After doing our research, and visiting many mattress stores, we stopped by Mattress Xperts and were met by Doug and Sam. They showed us many quality mattresses and adjustable electric bases. We greatly appreciated their candor in discussing all of our options. We decided on two Sealy Silver Chill Plush Hybrids and two MLILy NL200 adjustable bases. A few weeks later, the mattresses and bases arrived. Chris and TY did a great job in the removal of the old and installation of the new. They adjusted the legs of the bases to make the height just right for us. We really have enjoyed the products and they are so comfortable. Absolutely amazing! We arrived here at 8:15pm (9pm closing) the night before getting our keys, needing delivery for the next day. I had my eye on a few mattresses from another store that had good prices. Mattress Xperts was the only mattress store still open in the neighborhood so we gave it a try. So so thankful we did!!!
