Went in, ordered our stunning new Chattam & Wells King sized Lismore mattress on Monday.....Gary the magician made it happen and on Thursday we were picking it up to never have to sleep on our old much too soft mattress that we could not stand anymore. He gave us an excellent deal almost Godfather like that we could not refuse and boom, new mattress in hand that week. We chose to pick it up ourselves to save a little money and not have to deal with a moving type company but that was our own choice, they obviously offer that service. The store has a closing sign in front for like years, I think they just try to get you in the doors. The store was a little small and looked kinda sketchy. Either way I was shopping for an adjustable bed. They had a better deal than couple other stores around the area. Purchasing a mattress we liked was not an issue here. I was offered delivery in a couple days, but I asked for delivery In two weeks since I had a trip planned. On the delivery day I was still not home, so I paid someone to wait at my house. The delivery time came and went with no delivery. When we contacted them, and the bed conveniently "hadn't arrived yet". We were never notified of any delays, it is obvious that they forgot to order my bed. The delivery was reset, I again paid for someone to be at my house, and again they did not show at the time requested and set. They did arrived at 7:30pm and left the mattress set on my front porch! I really don't call that customer service. I needed the mattress upstairs and set up as represented to me at purchase time. read more
