Justin in particular was great. Well after talking with Justin we found a beautiful green couch and he was very helpful. I then realized when we were leaving, I dropped my card somewhere in the store. Justin helped us walk around the whole store and we couldn't find it. I admitted defeat and we left. Justin then runs out to the parking lot because he found it! Great customer service and we will be back because of him.

Apparently they are going to send me a new couch/love seat however I received no confirmation so fingers crossed they don't bone me more than they already have. Also when I ordered online the sales guy called me and said the couch was ready for pick up however the love seat had to be ordered. He offered for me to get the couch now and come back for the love seat. I said I'd prefer to get them at once, his response was "well the couch may be gone by the time we get the loveseat" what???? He showed us the different mattress options, we settled on a mattress and he rang up the order. This was not a high pressure interaction. The prices they charge are a great value, and delivery is rapid. Had we come earlier in the day, we could have received it same day. instead it is scheduled to arrive the day after. I also have a matching loveseat that seats 2 with each end that flips out and the middle has 2 cup holders and flips up where you can store items in it. The coffee table leg kept trying to collapse, so I called them after putting allot of money into warranty. Found out had to go through someone else and they conveniently kept forgetting to email us. The seats are sunken and material thin and with stuffing so thin after having furniture only 9 months. We threw the coffee table out as it's no good and obviously not worth anything. American Freight sells cheap and worthless furniture. I now have to look for new furniture and more then likely will have to sue them for money lost as I paid it off within 90 days same as cash. It is only my husband and I we both work and the use of the furniture was minimal. I'm frustrated, we spent 2019.96, which they gladly took and when needed help for defective furniture, we kept getting the run around.

They were very helpful…read morewhen I was looking to get my new couch and showed me some of the floor models and after I narrowed down what I wanted they walked me through my color options. It was simple and easy. They were not pushy or overbearing trying to make a sell. After everything was set up and I decided what I wanted, they were up front and told me that it would be about 8 or 9 months for the furniture to come in due to COVID. So, they asked that I put half down on my furniture and pay the remaining balance when the furniture comes in. I normally would be a bit hesitant to give that much money to some businesses because without getting the product. However, I felt comfortable doing it with them and did so without hesitation. During the wait, I called a few times and they gladly gave me updates on my sectional. They called me right away when it came in. It was a month earlier than they had predicted. They offer a delivery service for a fee, I think like $150 or so. But I could not wait and just rented a U-Haul and got a buddy and went and picked up the sectional myself. The process was seamless and pretty easy. The only issue, which was out of their control, was the long wait. This business is run by a wonderful couple who is very knowledgeable about furniture. They made the sometime daunting task of furniture shopping easy and enjoyable. I recommend checking this place out for your furniture needs. They are honest, upfront, and friendly.

Our purchases were made during the thick of COVID in 2020 and were told you front that it would take 8-10 weeks for our sectional to arrive. We were so appreciative of their honesty as we could then plan around the timeframe. Debbie is always helpful and goes above and beyond.
