But anyway, I didn't know what to expect since the last time I bought a mattress it was at Macy's over 10 years ago. This was a MUCH better experience. John led us through each type of bed and pillow, showing us how each type of mattress affects our body when we sleep. It feels funny at first lying around with a bunch of strangers, but that's the only way to do it. They work as a team so there is no pressure for commission or competition over the others. They can manage to assist multiple customers at a time while you are looking at your beds. We ultimately got the Tempurpedic and we can't wait for it to be delivered next week! It was a great experience and the store seems to have good "Feng Shui" as opposed to what I was expecting from the Festival shopping center. I totally recommend at least a visit if you're looking at mattresses or pillow!

We'd been a new mattress set for quite a long time, not being able to agree. Serge provided excellent customer service, no pressure sales environment and a friendly demeanor. He had other customers at the same time but always checked in on us, giving us a chance to review options then return after lunch. We ultimately got a great deal on an adjustable set with free base. I even got a complimentary ergonomic pillow. Overall very satisfactory buying experience. We will return here should we need anything else in the future.

Understanding that this is a discount furniture spot, we figured they'd have a decent selection on hand. Was right about that! Messaged the owner Josh and he seemed like an involved owner. I inquired about the hours since it was a holiday and he confirmed they were open. Found a bunk we liked and it was in stock. Got the price to a great point and decided to add on mattresses. That's where the issues came.. after a lot of back and forth we settled on two (what we though) pillow top mattresses, one of which was on display and was the floor model. They then mentioned they had it in stock and we even ended up paying $80 more because they said they'd lose money on the deal... I get it... offset costs from the actual furniture we bought. Loaded the car up? Confirmed that the colors were right.. mattresses were in boxes and vacuum sealed.. didn't think I'd have to open on the spot to confirm, SHOULD HAVE! Got the furniture home, put together the bed, very happy with it. Opened the mattresses and they were two different mattresses and neither one was what we "thought" we were getting. Messaged Josh through FB politely explained the mishap, confirmed we were happy with the furniture, even gave the sales person a nod of approval... his response (see screenshot below). After following the owners advice and messaging the sales guy.. he was short with me and ultimately stopped responding. I'd say, come here as they have a nice selection... if you buy a mattress in particular... OPEN BEFORE YOU PAY as they have an "all sales are final" stamped on the receipt! That seems to be where they're not as transparent (or aware) of their inventory. The bunk bed we purchased was very nice. Looking up the manufacture and this model, great reviews and we got an excellent price. Because there was some deception with what we received (mattresses) , we may escalate and file a BBB complaint.

He gets 5 stars from me, but the delivery shenanigans are what knock it down to 4 stars. We had a delivery date set when we paid for that mattress. That day came and went with no communication from the delivery team and no mattress. We called Sunny and he was able to look in the system and find out that they had just rescheduled us for the next week without notifying us. He called another store and found out they were having the same issues. I think it was a supply issue (as this was during COVID), but it was really frustrating to have these delays, but even more frustrating because of the lack of communication from the MW delivery team. They then tried to deliver us the wrong mattress, and Sunny called and got them to find the right mattress and deliver it the very next day. 3 week fiasco, it finally resolved. We have our bed now, and it's fantastic, and I still recommend Sunny and this location!!

Since we will be out of the area we cancelled the order and will shop later to find another more reliable and reputable company. This store will tell you anything to make the sale! I appreciate that I was able to try out and feel a variety of different pillows when visiting this store. That was the only okay part of the experience. What I did NOT appreciate was a condescending sales woman who seemed to judge us immediately and assume that my boyfriend and I did not know what Tempur-pedic was and that we didn't belong there / could not afford any of the items in the store. When we entered, the three associates in the store - one on the phone and two standing around the floor - barely greeted us. I would suggest they try out acting somewhat friendly when potential customers enter the store, they might actually have some customers in there if they did. The other associate was stand-offish as well and made the whole experience uncomfortable. They were professional enough to not be outright disrespectful but wow was it a poor shopping experience. But the service was awful and the cashier convinced me to sign up to a rewards program by giving away my ssn and lots of personal shit to get %40 off my purchase took forever and I won't be coming back. The first woman was old 50-up and she was blond and the cashier and asian lady with black hair didn't get either names I can't remember. It was so bad it was creepy the service that is.
