I was greeted by Jack, who runs the place, and he kindly asked us what we were looking for in a bed. He was very polite and didn't rush for us to purchase anything. He even asked me to pull out my phone and research/check prices online in front of him so I felt comfortable with what he was saying. At another mattress store, we felt pressured whenever we pulled out our phones but it was a relief he encouraged us to do so. He also explained to us how he is able to charge low prices on their mattresses vs other competitors. The pricing there is phenomenal, the bed we purchased was nearly 85% off the MSRP. He had a printout of a competitor's pricing with the name crossed out but we were able to see where it was. At another mattress store, a comparable beauty rest black was being sold 3x more than it was here. The only draw back here is that they don't offer any 100 day trial since they are not a distributor/dealer. But we didn't care for that too much since we have tried multiple beds already and knew what we wanted. He did mention that the eclipse beds (they are a distributor) have a 15 year warranty. He was also kind enough to give us additional discounts as we purchased pillows and covers as well. All in all, stop by here before visiting the big mattress stores.

I went in looking to purchase a new mattress to replace the one I had for 15 years... My back was hurting me so much, and it was time to do something about it. Having seen the promotion going on with the mattress firm, I decided to walk in and see what they could do. I was met by a person who, at that time, I thought was a great person, very personable I'll be at with very bad teeth (watch out for that folks eww!) I looked at several mattresses and finally decided on one, but I really needed to get the sheets and a pillow to fit that mattress! The bundle, normally selling for over $500, he was able to give it to me for less than 400. I thought that was a great deal when we sat down to work out the financing and delivery details, he said everything would arrive the next day by delivery (Today, in fact... This review comes the day after of the sale). What a not so awesome surprise, when the delivery truck arrived, the delivery people, very nice gentleman by the way, brought in the new mattress, had me sign the receipt of delivery and of course took the old mattress. "Wait a minute! Where is the pillow/sheet bundle that I purchased?" The delivery people had no idea what I was talking about, and when they showed me closely the delivery receipt, there was no mention of the bundle! After they left I made an urgent call to the local show room, where salesman/liar Michael told me, "oh that's right, it comes from the manufacturer to you. It should arrive in a few days, or in a few weeks." I mean, WTF!!! Pardon my expletive! The sheets that I had for the mattress that the delivery people hold away, does not even fit this mattress! I have nothing to cover it with, and I have nothing to sleep on! Like I said earlier, if salesman/liar Michael had actually told me the truth, yes I would probably not have made the purchase, but I would've left with a good feeling that I had been taken care of and the truth would have been told. I told Anari, the store rep who greeted me, that I wanted one similar to the model I had, and even though that model was discontinued years ago, he knew right away which mattress to suggest. The moment I tried it out, I knew I was going with it as it felt very similar, but I tried a few more out just to make sure. As a result, the whole experience was super quick and easy, and because of the Labor Day sales they had going on, I feel I got a great value on the mattress and bed frame. The store is huge and many varieties of what I was looking for and a wide range of prices. It wasn't until we got to the very end that I found a sectional that was in my price range. Wasn't really the color I wanted but I can work with it by adding some accent pillows. Thomas as able to make sure that we got it at the price advertised and other negotiated items. He was very pleasant and not the pushy person just trying to get a sale. Hopefully the couch will come soon so I can get rid of this other one.
