We decided to replace our old California King with the exact same mattress model. The purchase was smooth and Casey was good once again but follow through has been severely lacking. Paying a premium price for a premium product is no problem as long as we get premium service from start to finish. That has not been the case unfortunately this time. A few speed bumps and yet even though we've already made our first payment on our purchase we have not received all the product that we were promised. Now despite my efforts I can't even get a call or text returned. Hopefully this is an isolated incident but I can no longer in good conscience recommend to you, shopping this establishment.

The white glove service is just delivery & removing the plastic cover, nothing more. The mattress I purchased is comfortable & solid & I hope it lasts a long time because it was quite expensive despite being discounted for the holiday sale. I had purchased a mattress from a local store before going to DM & the owner was very unpleasant & charged me $300 to return the mattress even though they tell you when you're paying the policy is 365 days free returns & exchanges. They ask you to sleep on it for a month but I couldn't because there was just not enough support & then they did me "a favor" by charging me $300 to return it. Always read the fine print regardless of what the sales person tells you. Thankfully I didn't have any issues at Denver Mattress & I'm happy with my purchase.

If you need to use your warranty you have to take the entire day off work because they give you a date but not a time when they will be at your home. You get a text the night before giving a 4 hour window but you still have to clear your entire day because you don't know if they'll be there morning or afternoon. I have scheduled 4 times for same issue which means I have had to devote 4 days to RC Willey trying to fix a sofa I bought 3 months ago. Total disrespect of my time and schedule
