Paying a premium price for a premium product is no problem as long as we get premium service from start to finish. That has not been the case unfortunately this time. He was knowledgeable, patient, kind and extremely helpful in assisting us with the perfect purchase of a Flexsteel Italian leather sofa with an additional reclining chair for our movie room. We could not be more pleased with the experience we had. Delivery and setup was within two days and was a breeze.
