And he was completely neutral on the price, which is rare. His only focus was to make sure we had the right mattress. When our order wasn't going to be delivered for several weeks, he quickly assessed which item was causing the delay and resolved it. We had our adjustable base and new mattress a day and a half later! As a result of his attentiveness and patience, we have had perfect sleep this entire week. We are so grateful to Senai! Mattress Firm excelled in delivery, as well. The men were intent on getting the adjustable base to function perfectly with our bed. We needed the mattress the next day so we didn't get it delivered. Next day delivery was not guaranteed at a specific time and was estimated to arrive after the guests would arrive. Therefore, we went directly to the warehouse and picked it up ourselves. The warehouse was a little difficult to find. One thing I didn't like was that was "offered" with our mattress purchase was a bed frame to hold the box spring. There was a $39.95 "discount" on the queen size but the frame is designed to hold a full size, queen size or king size. It is adjustable. That was a misleading information and made us feel that we were getting an actual discount for the frame. Other than that misleading sales pitch the sales guy was friendly and helpful.
