The service I received was good. They had a good selection of beds. And they even had a section for very good deals which was cool.

My fiancé and I went to buy a mattress for our guest bedroom. The sales guy, Austin, was very friendly and helpful. We bought a queen size mattress, mattress box spring and a frame. We needed the mattress the next day so we didn't get it delivered. Next day delivery was not guaranteed at a specific time and was estimated to arrive after the guests would arrive. Therefore, we went directly to the warehouse and picked it up ourselves. The warehouse was a little difficult to find. One thing I didn't like was that was "offered" with our mattress purchase was a bed frame to hold the box spring. There was a $39.95 "discount" on the queen size but the frame is designed to hold a full size, queen size or king size. It is adjustable. That was a misleading information and made us feel that we were getting an actual discount for the frame. Other than that misleading sales pitch the sales guy was friendly and helpful. The experience started off okay, but looking back I believe the sales manager who was helping me (Eric) was really good at making it seem like I was getting a quality mattress and for a good deal. I mean, that's his job. But any mattress under $1,000 at that store is probably not worth your time; it's most likely not quality. Beware, the return process is horrible. I had to pay over $100 in delivery fees (to have the mattress delivered in the first place, but then to have it picked back up), it took a week for them to come pick it up. And they do not refund your money until after 7-10 business days of your return. I was not told any of this when I bought the mattress. So I did not have the money to buy another mattress and was left without one until I could get my money back. I called and spoke to Eric who sold me the mattress and of course he was very professional and explained why they do what they do.. but according to him he could do nothing to help. The customer is put first until it means mattress firm won't get any money out of them.. so I was jipped with those dumb delivery fees (btw, it's $40 to have the mattress delivered, but $80 to have it redelivered when you return it). I rarely take time to post negative reviews, but I think others should know about this. I would not shop at a mattress firm chain again and I would be honest with any friends or family who were considering to shop for a mattress here. Also the delivery guys were A++ and I don't think they're even affiliated with mattress firm. They were more kind and compassionate and even looked for ways to help when they saw I would be without a mattress. UPDATE: also, the 'social care' mattress firm employees who replied to this review asked me to email them after I posted a review elsewhere. I sent them a long email with my concerns and included my phone number with a good time to call me (which is what they asked for). I never heard from them. Not doing it again. read more

My experience with this Mattress Firm store was great! I came in knowing absolutely nothing about mattresses other than that I needed one badly. Steven H. did a great job of helping me choose the perfect mattress, he really knows his stuff! I was able to "test out" multiple mattresses. I ended up purchasing the Tobago pillow top in a king ---one of the best decisions I've ever made. I have been sleeping on this mattress for a few weeks and wake up every morning feeling brand new! I also got the coconut pillow (which I love btw!) and waterproof sheet. I would recommend getting the low profile box frame if your bed frame is high. I originally had the standard king box frame, and when my bedroom set was delivered, I realized that my mattress was wayyyy too high. Fortunately, I was able to exchange it for the low profile practically instantly. Excellent mattress, superb service! read more

If you want to get your mattresses when you are promised them then do not buy from this company! I never will again! After buying two mattresses and being promised delivery from 8am-11am this morning they did not arrive. I actually called around 10:15am just to make sure everything was still on time. I was told to call back in 15-20 mins I instead decided to give them more time so I didn't call back until after an hour and 15 mins past the time to be delivered. So the guy at the store said that he would find out why they weren't there and call me back. He called back and said they didn't have my number on their sheet and they were still not able to reach the delivery guys on the phone. Finally after 3 pm I called again and he said that they talked with the delivery guys and they said they tried to deliver to me first thing this morning but that the people at our apartment office were unwilling to help them. I knew better because our office never turns delivery trucks away. If they go in the office they will show them how to call me from the box and if they can't then the office will call us directly. I called the office and they said that they did not have any delivery people come in and ask to get in today. So I spoke with the man at mattress firm and wanted to know why they can't bring the mattresses to me now since they are still on the truck and he informed me that they are on a route and can't go out of order. So even though I informed him that we already took our kids old mattresses to the dump and they have nothing to sleep on they still will not deliver to us today. It seems to me that because it was their fault they should be willing to bend over backwards for a customer but they will not. I was happy with the salesperson and my experience when I shopped but now after waiting for delivery a few days anyway and them being unable to correct their mistake I will never buy from them again and I will be shouting to everyone that I know not to buy from this company! I have over 1000 Facebook friends and I'm going to shout it on there as well! Do yourselves a favor and do business with a company that cares about their customers! This is not one of those companies!! UPDATE!! 9/9/2015 I still had not seen or heard from anyone this morning by 10:15 am about my mattresses that were supposed to be delivered for the second time this morning so I decided to call and check on my delivery. I am so pissed off right now that I could scream!!!! The lady at the store said that the delivery guys made a note that they knocked on my door with no answer!!! I have been awake and sitting 2 yards from my door since 6:30 am and no one has called me or knocked on my door! I didn't let them in the gate and the front office has not opened the gate for me so how did they knock on my door?! The lady at the store has rescheduled me for delivery FOR THE THIRD TIME for 5-8pm tonight. I cannot sit at the front gate for 3 hours to personally open the gate for them, I do have a life and children to take care of!! This is the second day that I have missed work to wait for delivery of my mattresses with them never showing up. I have a phone they have my phone number and I have no idea why these people will not call me when they get to my apartment complex. I will personally drive up to the gate and open it for them if they can't get it to open. I will not let my children go another night sleeping on the floor because of the incompetence of this company. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AS LONG AS I LIVE AND I WILL SHOUT IT TO THE ROOF TOPS FOR PEOPLE I KNOW AND DO NOT KNOW TO NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! If I do not receive my mattresses during the third attempt then I want my money back, although that doesn't seem at all justice for the time I lost from work and the amount of stress and anxiety that the whole ordeal has caused me and my children to be forced to sleep on the floor and be expected to wake up early and have a productive school day. He spent over an hour helping us and answered numerous questions. He also showed us floor model tempur-pedic beds that were 50% off, which I found to be a pretty incredible savings. We picked up a bed for an outstanding price(guaranteed lowest prices) with 4 years intreste free and recieved aditional free perks for the bed on top of that. My husband, and I went into this location on Sunday. Customer service was excellent, and the salesperson helped us find something in our price range. He wasn't pushy at all, and let us take our time looking. We scheduled delivery for the next day during a window of 5PM-8PM. The guys showed up about 6:40 I think, and were friendly. They were very quick at getting our old mattress out, and the new one in. Even helped me put my bed skirt on! Great service, and would definitely purchase from here again. read more

What a great mattress buying experience! Under a week ago my spouse and I decided to give up the back aches and sleepless nights and purchase a new mattress. Upon entering the store we were warmly greeted by the store manager who helped us through the entire process. He has extensive knowledge of all the products on his floor and has his customers best interest at heart. We were able to tell him everything we wanted in a new mattress and he helped us find the perfect one! The delivery was right on time the very next day! The sales woman was very nice at the time of purchase when we had explained what happened with our old box spring. I am 6'1 and my boyfriend is 6'6 so the wooden slat on the boxspring could not support our weight. We were assured the whole box spring was metal and that it was much stronger than the wooden one we had. It took a week to come in and when it did, we chucked our broken boxspring and rented a truck to pick it up. When we got there it was the EXACT same box spring we had an issue with and the bottom was entirely wood. The sales woman had lied to us or not known anything about the products she was selling. When we tried to explain to the associate on the floor what happened he said there was nothing that they could do and we could return it. We explained that if we did that we wouldn't have a bed and we would be out the money for the truck. He shrugged. The customer service is terrible, the sales associates do not know what they are talking about, and the products are not quality--do not shop here if you value your time and money! read more

Charlotte and Trevor were amazing! We went shopping for a new King set and it turned out to be a one stop shop. Going in, we expected to sit on some mattresses and pick what we liked. We were blown away with the care Charlotte gave us, and the knowledge about mattresses. She made it a top priority for us to feel at home on the mattresses we were interested in. I never spent so much time just laying on a mattress. Charlotte went above and beyond to make sure we left knowing that the next mattress investment would be one we would not regret. We also left with a couple new pillows. The hyperchill was amazing!! My husband would not let go of the Black Ice pillow through the store and he picked that one. While we were checking out and setting up delivery (next day!!!) we were having a great time with the conversations with Charlotte and Trevor.
