After multiple calls to their customer service, with conflicting information as to what happened, American Signature Furniture agreed to cancel the order for the dining set and refund my card within 5-7 business days. After two weeks I had still not received a refund and had to resolve the issue by disputing the credit card charge with Visa. As to the sectional, there was a seven week delay from order until delivery. Half of the sofa was delivered and then American Signature Furniture rescheduled delivery for the rest of the sectional at least four times over the course of two weeks. In summary, American Signature Furniture charges premium prices for long lead times on furniture that won't be delivered on time, if at all. I'd avoid this company entirely.

I don't believe they ever intended to give out anything close to what was advertised. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch -- use the promise of a luxury gift to get you in the door, then hand you something worth a fraction of what was claimed. Very disappointing and misleading.
