If I could write a negative star review of this company, I would. We bought a Simmons mattress from this store, and within two weeks of sleeping on it, the mattress started to fall apart. In talking with the sales rep at the store, he said that this would be corrected by the company as they have great service. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Customer service was horrible and my mattress warranty is voided as my bed had three support slats rather than five. Ahhhh, you installed the mattress, perhaps you might have mentioned that little nugget. I have tried multiple times to get a resolution to no avail. Never buy a mattress from this company. I always write a fair review, and in this case the company is so bad, I feel I need to protect future consumers. They STINK!!! read more

Highly recommend this location. Both Susan and Ami were BEYOND helpful. My wife and I showed up late on a Sunday, near closing. We immediately told them we were looking for an inexpensive bed for a guest bedroom. Yet, despite being close to closing and putting them on notice that we were not going to be a big sale, they did not rush us at all. Instead, they were beyond helpful!!! We ended up staying almost 45 minutes AFTER closing and purchased 5 beds including their most expensive. Ami and Susan treated us so well and even gave me a gift when it turned out it was my birthday. Haha I gave them the ultimate compliment....they run their store like they own it!! read more

This would be the last place I would recommend you buy anything. The salesman did not appear to know what he was doing. They sent the wrong mattress to our house and tried to say we got the right one. The one they sent was a cheap piece of junk. When they admitted they sent the wrong mattress it took 2 weeks for them to make the exchange. They would not put anything in writing, just verbal communications. After the exchange they never called to confirm everything was alright. We were suppose to receive a $100 Visa card for financing the purchase. The paper work was submitted but we never received the $100. Months later they tell us the store didn't put the right # on the claim form so we can't get it. The whole experience was very frustrating. They acted like they couldn't care less. Just wanted to make a sale and get us out. After talking to some neighbors in our area we learned something similar happened to two of them. read more

I called the store and the lady said the item I wanted was in stock and I could come and pick it up within a half hour when to store and she said sorry we are out of this item . Then she said we can order it and you will get it by Friday, so we paid for item then. Friday evening Received call from sales woman saying sorry but it didn't come in on the truck and said I have a choice, to wait or cancel I chose cancel my money was suppose to go back on my credit card but didn't so I called the store and was told it might take up to three weeks before I get it . Well it has been a month and no refund yet and the best of story is they emailed the store saying refund processed by office on March 26, called corporate office and they saying refund was complete but will have accounting call me back!!! My review continues of this business.... After several more calls to the store and to the company's customer service number, I still haven't received my money back. When I complained to the store manager that I couldn't get through to customer service and asked that he do something, his reply was ' I can only call the customer service number' and I'll be put on hold just like you'. He did say he would try and then get back to me, but never did. I have sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and I suggest that anyone thinking of buying anything from this company check the BBB site and read the numerous complaints filed against Mattress Warehouse concerning refunds and warranty claims. read more

I wish there was negative stars as an option! Ordered our mattress weeks ago and they called night before delivery to say it wasn't coming and rescheduled for two days later and it never came!! No call or anything! Tried calling the store, the home office/corporate couldn't get a hold of anyone anywhere. And when I finally did there was little to no assistance. At this point I am thinking they have taken thousands of dollars of our money and we are not receiving a mattress as it is weeks and two scheduled delivery dates later and still nothing. Supervisor was supposed to call us back and never did - of course. Absolute nightmare! I plan to spread the word on this place. Hopefully we get our mattress someday as (from other reviews) it doesn't sound like they are reliable with refunds. read more

We were driving around and found this place. We did not know what to expect! Let me tell you, that the service we received was incredible. I met Tabitha - who has been working there for years. She was very knowledgeable and informative for our needs. We did shop around and NO ONE (we went to 3 other places on Rt 70 - Raymour, Valley and 1 other - NOT one was as NICE, and let us take our time, and overall The BEST PRICES!!! and Service was even better. We had an excellent experience with this store. The sales person, John, was friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery person called in the morning to confirm time of delivery. They arrived on time and had the bed set up in less than half an hour. There was nothing defective with the product. Very pleased with product and employees. read more

Buyer Beware !!! Bought an expensive mattress on 4/24/2016 and decided to cancel the day before the bed was to be delivered due to unfavorable reviews i read on the bed i selected. I usually do my research Before spending that much money, so my mistake. John tried to convince me to take the bed and offered me $700.00 off the price if i would take it. I told him thanks but no thanks and was frankly insulted that they must have been over charging me in the first place for him to be able to discount 700 dollars after i tried to cancel. 2 weeks have passed and i still have not had my money refunded. After waiting on hold for customer service for 20 minutes or so, i was prompted to leave a message and was told someone would get back to me soon... i won't hold my breath read more
