This level of error after months of delays is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of quality control. Unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated issue. Since purchasing multiple items for my home before moving in (I've been living here since October), I've consistently received defective or incorrect products. I've had the wrong sofa delivered twice, a dining table delivered three separate times with defects, and a recliner that arrived looking used with worn leather. What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication and follow-up. I've called multiple times asking for the manager, Alex, and sent emails to team members I previously worked with, but received no response. I was also promised follow-up from Dean, which never happened. After spending over $20,000, I still don't have what I originally ordered months later. At this point, I've lost all confidence in the company and am demanding a full refund. If this isn't resolved promptly, I will be disputing the charge with my credit card and continuing to share my experience publicly.
