It had a drop down console in the middle with a light a tray and regular plugs for charging which I need for my phone plus it had a usb port and two extra cup holders. The arm rests lift up and have storage. The love seat is a recliner and a rocker when not in the recliner position. The center console had two usb charging ports as well as arm rest storage. The best part is I could get immediate delivery. The delivery was on time and went perfectly. Both pieces were triple wrapped. I highly recommend Kaleb and Furniture Land. We had a really frustrating experience with Furniture Land. We were sold a sectional sofa and were…read moretold it was modular and reversible, which was a key reason we chose it. When it was delivered, we found out that it wasn't reversible -- the chaise couldn't be flipped, and the configuration we needed (which was the one shown in-store) didn't actually work. Additionally, the sofa delivery was delayed an extra ~10 days after the original estimated delivery date. The invoice just said "grey sectional" -- no details about orientation, so there was nothing clear for us to agree on. When we reached out for help, the store repeatedly gaslighted and blamed us for the issue over phone and initially tried to charge us a $159 redelivery fee to fix it, and "waive the restocking fee" out of "courtesy". After we pushed back multiple times (and documented everything in writing), they finally agreed to replace the incorrect sections at no cost. However they then told us that they couldn't get the sofa in "that configuration", how convenient. They also seem to avoid putting any resolution in writing, instead pushing phone calls and in store visits. Google reviews are incentivised with free pillows, however, upon delivery of the sofa we were told they were on backorder and we'd need to pick them up in-store ourselves.

Now I can not fit my stove into the space that should be a standard 30". I contacted the company to send someone out to correct it and I was told that I would have to pay an additional $250 service call, plus "whatever they would charge for the grinding." It is shocking that they will not correct it without charging me this outrageous amount to fix their mistake! Kelly Stone clearly does not care about the quality of their work or their customers. At times I felt the communication could have been better as we had a small issue which was quickly resolved after the installer suggested an excellent fit. Alfredo was involved from beginning to end to ensure we have were satisfied customers. He was absolutely excellent and professional from beginning to end. Customers are most satisfied when something small and unexpected happens and the issue is resolved quickly with patience and professionalism.
