Title: Terrible Experience with Mattress Firm - Avoid at All Costs I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Mattress Firm for the delivery of an adjustable base, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, they delivered a product that was already broken, which was disappointing enough. However, the real ordeal began when we tried to get it replaced. The scheduling process was an absolute mess. It took multiple attempts to even set up an appointment because they kept suggesting times that didn't exist on our calendar or were completely inconvenient. After much back and forth, they finally settled on a day, providing a delivery window from 12-3 PM. Imagine our frustration when this window was first changed to 5 PM, then to 8:30 PM, only for them to not show up at all. Their communication throughout this process was abysmal. We received little to no updates, and when we did, the information was often incorrect or misleading. This lack of professionalism and respect for customer time is unacceptable. As a result, I had to cancel all my plans for Friday to stay home and wait for the delivery that never happened, wasting my entire day. The next day, Saturday, I was forced to cancel my plans again to wait for the mattress, which also took much longer than anticipated. Essentially, I lost my entire weekend due to their lack of communication and poor service. Given this experience, I can confidently say that I will not be using Mattress Firm again. Their service has left much to be desired, and I would caution anyone considering their products to look elsewhere to avoid the same headache. read more

Great decision to shop there. First thing, you (and your partner) lie on a bed for about 3/5 minutes while a computer connected to sensors in the mattress analyzes your pressure points. Then, it creates a list of mattresses best suited for your body type and your stated wants and needs. We went through all of them, then chose a really nice king size bed. Robert helped us, and along with the others there, he was very professional and knowledgeable - he can tell you more than you ever thought there was to know about beds and sleeping! I'd go again with no hesitation. One note - when the bed arrived, we were disappointed initially - it was much firmer than the one in the store! But we thought, what the heck, maybe we need to "break it in". Turns out that was correct - a week later we're 110% satisfied. (More than likely Robert told us that would be the case.) I have always bought all my mattresses from mattress firm.I was going to buy the queen set from them again. But I went out to dinner on 5/28/2016 and next door to the restaurant was a mattress warehouse so I just stop in to do some spear of the moment campareissom shopping . We were greeted as soon as we entered and ask what was I looking for well from that point on I can say that I never had better customer service and meeting exactly what my needs were . They did not try to up sell or high pressure us they work with to the price I needed and got the exact mattress I need I have left a place of business after making a major purchase and feel so good about all I can say it was shopping experience I have had and thank that store entire staff and will tell all my friends that I would not go any place else for all my mattress needs. Today I walked into Mattress Warehouse, just thinking I would look around. I was cheerfully greeted by Jimmy, who was very helpful in helping me pick out the most comfortable mattress. Their "no commission zone" was super encouraging- I know they are giving me a good deal & are trustworthy, and not just trying to up sell me for their own benefit. (I can say this because I was in commission sales!) I ended up buying a super comfortable queen mattress the same day! They were also very accommodating to my schedule, as I'm about to leave for a trip, and I am able to pick up the mattress the week I get back, at my convenience. I highly recommend going to Mattress Warehouse- and I've already told a few friends that they need to go as soon as possible. My fiancé and I went to mattress warehouse on battleground because he had been having back problems because of our old mattress. The salesman (Robert) welcomed us quickly and offered to have us fitted for a mattress which we did by laying on a mattress for 3 min which electronically evaluated our sleep position and pressure points. He asked our budget (it was fairly low) and first took us to a tempurpedic which we loved but assumed was way out of our price range, but was informed it was a floor model therefore was 1/3 the price. He showed us several more to make sure but we decided to go with the tempurpedic which we loved. All around great experience: we got a bed we love and Robert was helpful but walked away to assist others for a few min each time he showed us a new but so we could assess it so did not feel overwhelming. read more

Just moved into Greensboro and went mattress shopping. Thank god I found this place, as Robert made what is usually a pain in the ass into an extremely easy process and went way beyond to ensure I got the mattress in a timely fashion. What truly differentiates this place though from others is the fact that they, like others have stated, are non commission based mattress store so you know they have your best interest in heart. Also as one who values sleep as an extremely important aspect of health. I was blown away by the knowledge that Robert had in regards to proper sleep, and could tell he truly believed the importance of finding the proper mattress for each individual. The best thing that I can say about this store is the service. The salesman who worked with us was extremely knowledgeable about mattresses, much more so than at other places we looked at. He was also friendly, and was willing to work with us and answered any questions we had. He made our time in the store a no pressure experience, and allowed us to make an informed decision, without putting pressure on us while we were deciding. He worked extremely well with our price range, and even helped us to get the bed that we needed for a price in our budget. I recently purchased a high-end mattress set from the Mattress Warehouse of Greensboro and can highly recommend this store location and our salesman. The store offered a great selection of affordable and higher-end mattresses and beds. Our salesman, Robert Grills, was extremely helpful and accommodating. Robert is obviously extremely knowledgeable of the mattress industry and gave great advice without the high-pressure sales tactics I experienced at some of his competitors in the area. I had a great experience when I shopped Mattress Warehouse to buy a new mattress. My salesman, Robert, was extremely knowledgeable on the product he was selling. He showed me various mattress and had me lay down in the position I sleep. I was not aware of how a mattress can affect your sleep and pressure point, etc. I haven' received my mattress yet. My wife and I just bought a new mattress from Robert at the Mattress Warehouse. It was a great experience and he was very helpful explaining how their "Mattress Match" software worked which targeted the selection of beds that we would be most comfortable with from their inventory. This eliminated going from bed to bed and trying every one of them and hoping that we made the right decision. It was our first time buying a mattress and after hours of visiting other mattress stores, walking into mattress warehouse was our last effort. Was upset with Mattress Frim because I needed a set of queen bed hook rails and was told by the clerk that no one have them , only the rails for the frame. I told him that they do make them because I saw them on line. He went on line did not find them and continued to tell me. I explained to him that I am 63 and I know better and thanked him for nothing.
