We did ask for a discount and were told that if we paid in cash we could get a discount. I wrote a check and was told no--- cash. I thought check and cash was the same. Taxes were charged, so I didn't understand the check vs cash problem. The item is beautiful and looks great. Just difficult in dealing with people who should be more professional in a service industry. We were charged an additional 150$ on the install for not having the right tip and having to go to the store to get it...We feel it's something that they should have put on themselves. Instead, we were told that our house could have blown up had he not checked, huh???!! Wouldn't a professional installer check their work properly to make sure that doesn't happen??? Seems like a moot point.

I have used Plumbarama in the past for my plumbing but had no idea until i passed by their showroom that they sell and install fireplaces, too. I have had a fireplace since i moved into my home about 17 years ago that i never used because it was just wood burning. I had some decorative candles in there, which i never lit either. I really wished i had a way of enjoying my fireplace and actually get heat from it as well. I stopped in the showroom and to my surprise, i was greeted and able to discuss my options with a knowledgeable woman who explained that there are easy ways to make this happen. I picked out a gas log set that i liked and the plumber came out and ran my gas line right into the fireplace. Now I have a beautiful gas log set that i really enjoy and is super easy with a remote. Love it.

Shed was built excellently and specs were correct. The gentleman that delivered the shed was extremely professional and hardworking, However, the shed was damaged in transit, a roof shingle blew off, it was also damaged while being moved into the yard. There is a large deep scratch across both front doors. The gentleman that delivered the shed documented the damage with photos. It was also written on the delivery receipt. I called Paul, one of the owners, that day and spoke with him about it and was assured it would be taken care of. That never happened. None of this was ever addressed, in fact it was ignored and I have a shed that I paid full price for that has a missing roof shingle and deeply scratched doors. Outside of that, I must say...The shed is built very well and if you don't have any issues you will be happy. My experience though is if there's issues or damage... do not expect any after sale support. It's a shame because if I'm in the market for a shed again this will definitely factor into my purchasing decision. I'm still irritated every time I put my key in the door and see that deep scratch across the bottom of both doors and the missing roof shingle.

I had my flooring done years ago and they did a nice job. So I hired them last year to do a full…read moreremodel of my kitchen. Again, the flooring turned out great. But the backsplash tile work is horrendous. Especially in the corner where my sink is. They must not have measured properly so every time I open my cabinet door next to my microwave it rubs against the microwave. I'm sure it will only be a matter of time before the paint rubs off. I already have paint chipping off on certain cabinets. During installation of the tile work, the worker walked through my newer screen door and put a hole in the screen. I was told that they would replace the screen. But once the work was done, it was quickly forgotten. I would've called to complain, but when they had already down the demolition they told me they gave me the wrong estimate and wanted to charge me more. I argued with them and ultimately was only charged the original quote but it made me feel as if I were to point out anything I wasn't happy with, they would try to charge me extra so I just stayed quiet.
