The law tag was ripped off of the mattress so I was no longer eligible for a warranty even though pictures clearly show how messed up this bed is. I fought with customer service and they only wanted to offer 30% coupon off a new bed, (that's nothing) so I tried again and the said 40% is all they can do. Our king size bed is not even a year old and there's a giant mound clearly shown in pictures and because of the law tag not provided that's all they can do. Very frustrating had I known that law tag must be on at all times, the entire price of the bed would be covered. It's not like we wouldn't be spending more money upgrading to better bed so I'm not understanding why they could not have helped more.

It was returned to the factory and I waited for contact from someone about the next step. I finally called and was told that someone would come out and measure the frame. That happened almost 2 weeks later. I just received the mattress and box springs set today - 2 months after the original delivery date. The delivery guys were wonderful. I wasn't their fault for the delays. My advice is to be very specific out front about what you are ordering, especially if there is anything special that needs to be done.

I didn't feel I was being oversold or compelled to spend more than I wanted to. I was sleeping on an old mattress on the floor and wanted this new mattress set quickly. I came in on a Monday night and they were able to deliver on Thursday, which was fine. On Wednesday they called and said one component would not be available for another week and wanted to postpone the whole delivery. I pressed them on this and what was delayed was the mattress for my guest bedroom. The master bedroom mattress set was ready for delivery on Thursday. I persuaded them to make two deliveries, with the guest bedroom mattress coming a week later than the master bedroom mattress. I was glad they accommodated this with no charge, but there really shouldn't have been a question because my purchase was made under the assumption I'd get the mattress in 3 days. Both mattresses are very nice and comfortable, and I think the price was ok. I'd use this store again.

I was able to pick up the item without delivery but they do offer that as well. I felt their prices were reasonable. I was given the best deal possible and if I wanted to upgrade or chose a lesser quality item that was okay too. They made it simple and I appreciated that because life is too complicated as it is. Bought a twin - it was great height in the showroom but after delivered and set up way too high for an elderly woman with bad knees. Called store immediately but the only option was to buy a lesser box spring for an additional cost. No returns or exchanges-not for any reason. And it is s true, that disclaimer as well as height of the mattress is on the receipt - so its buyer responsibility to make sure what you tested on the display set up is same that is written up by sales team. There is nothing the store is willing to do about this situation. Don't want this to happen to anyone else - check and double-check it!

Still no mattress. They call about another delay and offer $50 off the price to apologize for the inconvenience. We yell at them and the discount goes up to $500 and they offer to send a temporary loaner mattress until the one we ordered can arrive. We reluctantly agree, and they send it to the wrong address! We are still scheduled to receive our original mattress at some point, but nothing should be this hard when you pay over $2500. If you shop here, be sure to grill the sales people about what is and is not in stock. They obviously don't have a clue.
