My Love seat broke within the first year and was covered by the MFG. warranty , the recliner on my sofa broke this month. I called Bob's to repair it and they referred me to Guardian since it was after the 1 yr warranty. Guardian denied my claim even though it was covered in their warranty . Guardian Protection denied my claim saying I did not file the claim within 30 days. WHAT A SCAM. I paid $500 for the rug + $ for goof proof. After 20 months, the carpet looks like crap. The new stains won't clean and normal foot traffic won't clean, nothing cleans out of the carpet. What is the purpose of Goof Proof? I want to leave a review for the rug but the option to do so is not available. I am guessing other customers have had a bad experience with that same rug. I have purchased other items from Bob's in the past. But I will not buy another item from them. Stand behind your products, your warranty policy. Get an insurance company that will uphold the terms of the Goof Proof agreement.

Later on, I googled the description of the table from their ticket and found two eBay listings for their store for the same table at two different prices, one of which was over 1/3 off (on sale)!! Auction #s - 261602181758 and 261837429926 - one has more pictures than the other but they are the same table in the same spot in the same store. Either they are really disorganized, clueless or dishonest. I won't find out by wasting my money here.

When I picked up the cushions on 1-7 (3 1/2 months later!) they were wrapped in plastic. While taking them out, I noticed hair on the cushions. Using a lint roller I found what appeared to be human hair. And lots of cat hair. I don't have a cat or a dog, so it didn't come from me. I took the sheets from the lint roller back to the store. Was informed he " was one of their best upholsters". So?!? Never got a call from the store manager and never offered compensation for spending 45 minutes cleaning up these cushions. Over $5000 for 9 cushions and 2 side pillows. I way overpaid for them. Do not make my mistake and use these crooks who only care about getting paid and not about customer service.
